Same experience as others! Ordered UGG tazz dupes and they shipped cheap SHEIN/ TEMU quality slippers I mean they’re soooo bad! Trusted the FAKE reviews on their website reached out for a refund and got blocked. What a shame!

lol total scam, they make a living out of it I guess because they had all the time in the world to fight my credit cards chargeback and capital one sure made it easy for them. do not buy

I ordered black Tasman "Uggs". I received black slippers with a lot of white faux fur. They look nothing what was advertised. PWL Merchant "PIERRE W LO" website and Facebook has been deleted. I opened a dispute with my credit card, but PWL is fighting it saying I did receive what I ordered. What a joke!!

The items I received were nothing like the videos and pictures advertised. I have requested a return and refund but have not received a response.

They do not send what is pictured. Not even the correct style. Cheap and they do not respond back or help you to correct the issue.

Bought a pair of Ugg dupes and what arrived were a pair of awful slippers look like they’re worth about 2 quid don’t waste your money - all the reviews on the website are clearly fake

If ZERO stars was an option, that’s what I would select!! They are a SCAM, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. The slippers I received, looked ABSOLUTELY NOTHING like the picture. As someone else described them as looking like Dollar Store Slippers, that is 100% correct! RIDICULOUS!!! THEY ARE A FRAUD! Of course they will not respond to ANY of my emails that I have sent & the phone # says “your call cannot be completed as dialed” when I attempt to call them. I am disputing it with my CC Company.

0 stars!!! The “shoes” I got were literally thin slippers with fur around the top! Nothing like the photos at all or even close to uggs ! This is Fraud , DO NOT purchase. I was not able to report this either! The only thing I could do was email! This should be illegal !

Zero stars would be more appropriate. Complete scam and I feel dumb for falling for it. I did actually receive shoes, but they're complete garbage and nothing like what I ordered. I sent an email to them as soon as I opened the package and demanded a refunded. I received a response the very next day stating they would have a resolution within 5 business days. Here we are two weeks later and they've gone MIA. They've totally ghosted me. Luckily my credit card company is phenomenal. Dispute was filed and I will have my money back soon. What a hassle though. Lesson learned. If it's too good to be true, always always pass.

I did not receive slippers that were anything close to what I ordered or was pictured on their page. These are dollar store slippers with nothing to them.
Now the website and links are all gone. I bought 2 pairs, so I will be reaching out to my credit card company for help.

I also received my order on Saturday and was sent something completely different to what I ordered. I’ve emailed twice with no response and the Facebook page doesn’t exist any more. Absolutely horrified that someone could do that and upload fake reviews as they had loads of reviews on their page. I’ve got to wait 30days until I can make a complaint to do a charge back via my credit card. Unsure if anything will come from it. Shocking!

This company is a scam! What I ordered is not what I got!
The website isn’t available now either. I used a credit card so hopefully I can dispute it and get my money back. I have tried to contact the company and no reply.

Complete garbage for $42. Such a scam and now the website no longer exists. Never ordering from an online store again. I will find the address they have posted and make sure they get their karma.

Today I’ve received my order.. I must say I’m upset how they scammed people!!!

Utter scam, do not send products in pictures. Do not use , not that you can as their website has disappeared. Currently going through a chargeback process
