I'm amazed at how easy the process is with PIE VAT. You just have to take a few pictures and upload them via the app and then you get your money quickly. We had a small problem and contacted the support team. The support was very friendly and helpful and dealt with our concerns very quickly. We are very satisfied with the process.

I personally prefer PIE VAT over other competitors because the process is much easier and saves time

On a recent visit to Denmark, I did done shopping & the merchant gave me the Pie details to reclaim the VAT. (Possibly the only benefit of Brexit!). The whole process was seamless, the app is easy to navigate & if you do run into difficulties the support is excellent.

I’ll like to commend Charlotte for a great experience using PIE VAT. She was super helpful in assisting me to retrieve a receipt in order to put through a claim. She even went out of the way to enable submission of my credit card record on exceptional basis. Truly appreciated!

Vat refund are supposed to be a full refund. But they are charging up to 8.5% on the full refund amount... Which is outrageous. I will avoid using pie vat if possible again.
