Great service! My request was incomplete so I was contacted by an employee via chat to submit missing document and it was then processed very fast and she was very nice! I would be glad if more sellers offered a direct VAT refund via this app!

There was a sight hiccup because one of the stores I purchased something from entered an additional item into the Pie system, but Maggie at customer service helped sort it out and was responsive about the issue.

Great app
Great app. Very easy to follow and I can easily get my tax refund. No need for any physical work of going to the airport or train station and scanning your items or going to a booth or kiosk to talk to a person. Customer service is also great, very responsive, helpful and thorough! Highly recommended.
