I bought an item online back in August
I bought an item online back in August. I had a confirmation email and payment taken stating I would receive my purchase within days.
A couple of weeks ago (beginning of November) I emailed stating still waiting. Nothing.
At the beginning of this week I emailed again stating if I didn’t get a response I would as of today go for a chargeback and a refund and, put a review here. So guess what, no response.

Pietrozanettihome provided excellent service and went above and beyond to assist me. I had been looking for a particular painting for six months, and they had exactly what I was looking for. They shipped it to me in Germany from Italy in no time at all. The communication was smooth and efficient, making the entire process enjoyable. I am extremely happy with the painting and grateful for their outstanding service.
