Worked for them during peak season

Worked for them during peak season. (Christmas). Had to fight with them to get paid. They keep giving the run around that it takes 3-5 days for e-transfer. Complete lies. They keep saying they will forward my emails to their financial department. Run away. Do not work for them.

Drove away with medication twice in 48hrs (Same Day shipping)

I'm a medical cannabis patient. I ordered my medication with my cannabis clinic and they shipped it via pigeonship. This was the second time they used Pigeonship.

The first time, I had to catch the driver just as he was getting in his car in order to get my package.

The second time, they arrived at my condo entrance (which uses FOBs) and drove away when the door wouldn't open. After failing to deliver the package Pigeonship decided it was the right time to ask for delivery details rather than before attempting delivery.

I verified my delivery address with Canada Post online and provided it to Pigeonship, I provided them with my phone number, with instructions for after-hours delivery, with my email address, and with explicit instructions to call ahead. They didn't use any of this and failed to deliver the package a second time in 48 hours.

Then they proceeded to lie about calling me back, to lie about escalating the issue.

UPDATE: They delivered the package 72 hours late, and their shipping label still shows the incorrect phone number after I corrected them countless times. Nobody took responsibility for the black hole all my shipping details, corrections, and instructions went into. It seems obvious they pressure their drivers to make up for the lack of responsibility in their customer service processes and ineffectual reconciliation/record keeping tools. These are solved problems in logistics but Pigeonship hasn't figured them out apparently.

Avoid at all costs, they don't even care about getting people medication from medical clinics.
