Worst company i’ve ever dealt with. i ordered two knifes well over $150, i was contacting them via instagram and eventually they just ghosted me and never gave a solution. i ordered back in early october 2023. BEWARE OF THESE SCAMS.

Spent 190 dollars on a knife that was suppose to be half that amount or cheaper. No replies back from company. 3 months no product got receipt were money was taken and no product. Taken further steps to get resolved.

i ordered a knife back in the beginning of april, till this day july 19 2023 i still haven’t received it. I sent a plethora emails. They said they would send it something happened with my order, i waited 2 more month and nothing. I was calm and respectful but at that point i didn’t even want it no more i just wanted my money back. I emailed them once again and they only emailed me back saying and i quote “sorry bro like i said you can send me a screenshot of the knife you want and we will send it out” as i already stated i just wanted a refund. Yesterday the finally got back to me saying they would give me a refund so i then asked them how we should proceed and they will not answer me back at all. Not 1 email or text back from instagram. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! i just want my money back i have the transaction of what i ordered and how much i spent and them emails and text that were sent. i really hate to do things like this but at this point it’s ridiculous. JUST GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK PLEASE!

Really cute both stitch and angel love the fact that they can say I love you at the press of the button on the head just remember to remove the little piece of plastic on their backs but save them then that way you can put them back to save the batteries.They told me to write a review here,but i don't know how to upload pictures.

Had an issue with the delivery but the customer service was super sweet and helpful. Good product and nice company.

Definitely a scam
Back in july i placed an order, and still dont have any tracking number, and every mail i sent is immediately returned.
Don't trust this site.

I absolutely love the knife ring that I got from Piggoods, and could tell it was high quality and just all around nice. Somehow I managed to get it jammed, or something was wrong with it, so I reached out to their support team. They replied very quickly and were kind about everything! All they needed was the details of when and how it broke and then asked for a video of me trying to open it. I sent my video and they were willing to send me a new one after it seemed unfixable. It was hassle free and just a great experience. I appreciate all their help and they are truly a trust worthy company!

After the first package was lost, I received the second one gratefully and even a small surprise. I think it's great to keep up the good work and thank you

I have done 3 order from PigGoods. Their Products are so beautiful and cute. More than that the best thing is their behavior🌸 The products are so qualitiful that it is worth the money. Thank you PigGoods for such cute products to make our lovelife stronger ❤️

I really like the quality of the rings they send me! They’re very sturdy and useful. I had no shipping issues or anything damaged or missing. I also appreciate how understanding they are when I needed help. Prompt response time. The owner is very understandable.

I had a missing piece to a ring I bought and the owner was kind enough to send out another. The quality is nice and truly for self defense! Love this and would continue to get more stuff :)

A first delivery that never arrived (I suspect a theft in my building so it's not related to the site maybe) but the customer service is very responsive and sent the order again, which arrived well this time. The quality of the products is very correct for the price, and corresponds perfectly to the pictures online.

I looking forward to what they are gonna look like in person i hope its worth it

Absolutely horrendous. I had ordered a gift back on November 21st and was promised a 17 day delivery time. It is now the 21st December and still have not received this item. It was meant to be a Christmas present for my girlfriend and it does not look like it is arriving on time.

I emailed customer service asking where my order was and their reply was ‘ Sorry,it is delayed,but i think you can get it before Christmas.’

Pretty horrendous reply, right? I would not bother ordering from this company. Save your money.

I purchased the moon and sun best friend, I love you necklaces and they were just as described. When held to the light you see “I love you” in many different languages. I had a problem with the of the chains and customer support responded quickly and resolved the issue. Highly recommend!

i got my bracelets in time for my christmasssssss

If you plan on paying for extra for shipping don’t bother paying it. It won’t come on time.
