I think my details ended up with Piggy after some acquirements or name changes, as I never visited Piggy myself, but do remember having a loyalty card, and suddenly receiving marketing mails from a local vendor, via Piggy. I sent an email requesting the removal of my details, and just a few days later I got a positive response, saying they have been removed. No fuzz, perfect compliance with European law. Additionally, they have very kind support. Thank you!

I played this app then I won big thousands of dollars I gave them my PayPal account and they keep saying they are paying me but I have received NOTHING 😔

Right now I have to give this a four because I'm waiting to see if they deposit my $100 into my PayPal account and if they do I will continue to play this game it's a lot of ads but it pays if it pays off then I'll give it a five but right now it's on the phone right now

Have within a 24 hours period received 3 spam emails about loyalty. I have never heard of them and have never signed up to them as the email used is not used in that way. So they have breached privacy laws by sending unsolicited emails. Be careful if signing up as they may sell your details to others too.

the app is a nice app, i like it so much

I've been using the piggy app for quite some time now, however it's far from convenient. There are a few stores in my neighbourhood where it works, and in most of them, after I pay, I have to ask separately for them to read my QR-code, then they manually enter the amount, which is not rounded up, so when I got points for every EUR spent, the 5.95 EUR product goes on for 5 points, while many other loyalty/savings program rounds it up and I'd be receiving 6 points.

Yesterday I went to a new place, it doesn't even come up when I search for it; they put the "collect your points" sign up in the customers' faces, so I asked how I can get the points for my coffee. They said because I paid first, they cannot give me my points. That still doesn't explain why their business is not shown in a list. (They are supposed to give out paper cards to collect stamps as well but they have none.)

In short, because of the available rewards (easier to buy those products than saving for them, no real good deals offered by the participating shops) vs all the hassle every time to ask for my QR-code being manually read, I am going to stop using this app.
