Loved the mobile I saw but not the colour I wanted. One message and all sorted in just the colour I needed.
Recipient loved it.

I ordered a macrame rainbow kit for a gift from Amazon and was sent the wrong colour so I got in touch directly and Gem was absolutely fantastic in getting this resolved. She was apologetic (despite it not being her fault), quick to reply and sent me out the correct colour the following morning. The kits are beautifully packaged and I can't wait to gift this. 10/10 on product quality and customer service.

Macramé plant pot holder arrived today, earlier than expected delivery day.
Very good quality and that pleased with it we immediately ordered another one.

I love my Macramé Rainbow craft kit, because it contains equipment made from eco friendly materials and they are very soft. I found it very thoughtful that the kit included 2 hot glue sticks, and 2 cute stickers as well.
The only reason why I’m not giving 5 stars is because when I received the package it had the instructions on paper wrapped around the box, and I had to tear the paper instructions to open the box. This caused some of my instructions ending up missing.

Arrived quickly, well presented box, just perfect for a gift . High quality macrame yarn
