Sad to say after a 5* repsonse on the candle (and other items I bought some time ago) nobody is repsonding to emails about an issue I have. Tried 3 times and no response. I have recently made the switch to natural bed linen and couldn’t be happier with my recent purchases from Piglet in Bed. The winter sale offers good value and delivery was prompt too.

I ordered a duvet cover, pillow cases, and fitted sheet. I meant to order a bundle but when I realised I hadn’t, Ruth in customer services helped me put it right and still get the bundle discount. The order arrived the next day and the sheets are beautiful and very high quality, extremely con to sleep on and the icing on the cake is the fitted sheet has a label for the short side so you get it on the right way round every time! I love them and will definitely order again

The bedding set is so pretty, and the quality is really good too. You can see in the way it’s stitched that it’s not your average ikea quality. the duvet cover folds to hide the buttons, you have bows inside each corner of the duvet cover to make sure the duvet doesn’t move inside of it. I don’t know much about thread count but the sheets are not too thin or too thick, they feel great. Wish they weren’t so expensive though. I bought them for flat h fridays, so I got the set for about £100, but normally it would be closer to double that… Love love love my new sheets though

Shocking customer service and turns out the 100per cent linen duvet cover I ordered was not in fact made in the ‘family run business in Portugal’ as claimed on website - it’s actually made in China - there is marked difference between the quality (and colour)of the pillowcases (made in Portugal) and the duvet cover (made in China) that I ordered as a bundle - for the price paid this feels like a total scam. No phone line to speak to anyone and e mails are not answered. Eventually spoke to a helpful lady in one of the shops who helped me to get an initial response but still not resolved. I will have to return but be aware this company is not what it purports to be. - cheap fabric and labour from China for a very expensive price. Misleading and deceitful.

A year later and our bedding is somehow softer but looks as good as new! I wouldn’t choose any other sheets 🩷

I had not read any reviews about Piglet in Bed before I placed my order but oh my, this was the BEST customer service experience I have ever had.

They were low on stock for the duvet I ordered but customer service was super flexible changing the delivery country (!!) to ensure I get my linen as quickly as possible and thus managed to help o avoid high shipping and cosmos fee to continental Europe. There was no need for me to follow up, they followed up continuously - amazing. And I loooove their bed linen, it’s super cosy, even in the midst of winter.

This was definitely not the last time I ordered from them.

I love piglet in bed! The linen is so soft and a lot of the products are made in portugal. Highley recomend - really good quality. Would love to have my whole house done with piglet and bed linen!!

Ordered and paid for linen on the 3rd of December. I was told the duvet cover would be back in stock early January. No further contact and no delivery. I've emailed twice and sent a message via their online contact page. I have phoned one of their shops and the ansaphone message was not to phone them about online orders. I'm still getting emails advertising their sale! I would avoid this company.
Update: after a slightly terse phone call to another of their shops, my linen is on its way from that shop. System failure I feel. The staff member I spoke to was helpful.

Both the duvets and the bedding are incredible. I rarely need to go up to the winter duvet as the wool maintains my body temperature and reduces moisture. The linen bedding is soft and also helps with temperature regulation and I would 100% but all of it again

Reached out to Customer Service three times about a product issue, but no reply. Super frustrating and not what you'd expect from a company like this, who pride themselves on quality!

Received our elderberry linen bedding and was disappointed to find the duvet cover was a different shade to the pillowcases and fitted sheet..
Contacted Piglet in Bed almost 2 weeks ago and still waiting for a response !
Feel really disappointed after a considerable spend on new linen bedding from a retailer I expected better service from. Not to even acknowledge my complaint is not acceptable.

I’ve been wanting to invest in high-quality linen sheets for a long time, and I discovered Piglet in Bed on Instagram and instantly fell in love with their style and aesthetic. I ordered the linen blend bedding set and it arrived even faster than expected. After my first night sleeping in them I’m genuinely so happy. They’re beautifully made, incredibly comfortable, and they look amazing on my bed. So glad I finally made the purchase.

Missing item from order. All emails have been ignored. Have been emailing since the 16th December. Please can I get a refund or my item. This is robbery.

I bought a load of bedding from Piglet years ago and then stumbled across their store in Bath at the weekend and it’s been lovely to see all their beautiful products in person. The bedding has always been amazing but wow, their towels are seriously good - and great prices in the sale!

I will never order from Piglet in bed again.
I ordered a towel on December 14th 2025 for my daughter-in-law for her Christmas present as they were going on holiday. I thought it would be a lovely gift!
It is now January 5th 2026 and
I STILL have NOT received the towel.
I have received one email December 19th to say they had staff sickness but this is atrocious customer service. I will be taking this matter further.

Ordered a month ago, still not arrived, no response to repeated emails, messenger or Instagram enquiries. Appalling!

Staff in the Bath shop are exceptionally helpful and love the products
