I'm very sorry to read that you're so bitter about the short delays caused by the Royal Mail strikes on either side of the long bank holiday weekend that you choose to leave us a negative review here.
We've had messages on our website for the past two weeks forewarning of delays due to the Royal Mail industrial action and advising our customers to select a different delivery service if an order is urgent, however you selected the free delivery option which we'd been warning would result in delays, which it unfortunately has.
This was explained to you in an email yesterday to which you didn't reply. Unfortunately the Royal Mail strikes and resulting backlogs of undelivered parcels are completely out of our control, however you're aware from the detailed tracking that we despatched your order on time, and can see that it's currently held up at your local delivery center, which is something we have no control over.

These ears are amazing I bought the Iberico ones for my puppy. Cheaper ones from another company only lasted him 10 minutes but these ears last him an hour and a half and keep him content during this time. Can not reccomend enough will be ordering again and delivery was fast
