Have ordered a lorecana booster box over a year ago. Updates on website say their products didn’t get delivered. But I also don’t get a refund or any new updates. Mails don’t get responded. So I’m just here praying I still get what I payed for. If not, these people are thieves.

Don't buy there!
It's now been 6 days when i ordered for 170€ and i didn't hear anything from them. Not on Instagram or E-mail.

I reported the store in question but not from me I filed a report in their area now I really want to see what you will do for fraud they will fine you 5000 thousand euros and they will also make you close the store you have two options I have you send me Lorcana's Christmas box and you get a fine of 5,000 thousand euros or you get a fine and they make you close the online store, I don't know if it's clear to you, I wrote several times on social media but you didn't give me an answer, okay then I'll sort everything out, don't say I didn't have you Notified, you have 15 days and they will open the online store for you

Purchased as a pre-order 8 Lorcana Rise of the Floodborne boxes on 12 September 2023, despite various requests to cancel the order and dozens of emails, to date I have received nothing, neither the boxes nor the refund nor the response

I also got scammed. Ordered 2 lorcana troves way back in 2023 and don't get any reaction. No products, no refunds, no e-mail contact, as they ignore everything.

Waited some time to write a review, but now is the limit. Iam thinking about how to settle a lawsuit against them.

Scam!!! Avoid it!! They never sent the product and never replied my emails. Stay away from them

I have sadly preordered Lorcana in september and have written to them many times, always with a auto mail back. And now the mail is closed so I can't even send my mails begging for a refund or the product. That leaves me with this last option to write here on trustpilot as so many others... I think they have gotten soooo much money from this Lorcana hype and is now running away with it all. Do not buy here. Would give them 0 stars!

I made a preorder for a lorcana box on 28/9/23. It was expected to be sent on December 1st. Nothing. I wrote several emails (getting only automatic answer) and on January 2024 seems their email does not exist any more. It is simply a scam and I suggest trustpilot to put a clear advice about it.

Didnt get my products and lose my money

I've made One order in 01/10/2023.
I already sent a lot of emails cancelling My order and i just get an automatic email and they dont answer.
I haven't got any refund until now and they just dont answer.
Dont buy them anything!

Wrong article received. No contact possible, when sending an email you get an automated reaction that it can take a while for receiving an answer.

3 mails and 3 months later still no contact.

I pre ordered 3 boosterbox since aug. Nothing!! i asked for refund in november. No one is answering mail. 525€ lost till now .
(Update It has been a month since I sent my last email requesting a refund without receiving any response. I'm planning to send another one today.)(and its new year 2024 and still no mail reply no € back.!!!!! No money no reply 22-7-2024 they have a new contact mail not answering that one neither. 19-10-2024.still no money back.

I canceled a pre-order and asked for the money back and I have no answer, nor the money. Do not buy, because they scam
