So far the service is not fulfilled and…

So far the service is not fulfilled and the seller has blocked communication with me on discord. I choosed this service because it was offering fb login connection, which seemingly is unavailable for the moment. Theirefor I've been asked to share gmail logins details which I wouldn't. Then been reminded I agreed of the no refund policy and so on. Which never was the subject in the first place.
But I'm confident it will be resumed shortly. I'll share here if not.

You sent me a message to tell me you ban me from all your communication services and website due to my behavior.
My behavior only been that I want you to fulfilled the service you offered which was connection through an fb account. I agreed to order with you for that feature. I even told you I was ready to wait until the service worked again. Then you became rude on discord because I wasn't sharing my gmail details right away. I have my own rule and don't share my gmail details.
I have never been insulting or threatening. But got blocked discord very quickly then today blocked and ban from the server itself and from your website.
So far you haven't fulfilled my 40euros orders. That is money you owe me. But you rather ban me completely. I hope this will be read by futur customers so they can be careful and aware on how your resolve problems. How you just ban a customer without reimbursing him or providing the sold service.

I was surprised to read about your reimbursement on your reply to my review. Would have been better to tell it to be by email instead of going through all this rude exchanges by mail.
But yes reimbursement has came in today.
Now we can close our business relationship.

We have kept you up to date every step of the way, you decided yourself to WAIT this was your choice and yours only your order could have been done about 1 hour after you orderd but you chose to wait. as you can see all other customers are happy and got their order fast. the issue you have is with you and not our services and that you agreed to our refund policy without reading it is neither our issue, you accepted this. we have told you multiple times that it's possible to create a new gmail account but you have never responded to that or gone into that with that said you still chose to wait. at this extend it's really your choice and issue. we even sent you daily updates to keep you up to date and tell you that it's still possible to change your decision. to wait.

we understand as a frenchie with english as your 3rd language it's HARD to understand what's being said. but in the end this was your choice. we will still keep you up to date.

We will yet again mention this outage is not our fault. and you not co-cooperating is only your own fault since you have been given MANY OPTIONS!

Bought a couple of times

Bought a couple of times. Just seen they had this rating site so I figured since I bought multiple times I’d leave a good review. pikaservice is about their buisness. You’ll never have to worry with your account in their hands. They are relatively quick and cheap.

Very fast service

Very fast service! I reached out to staticflame on Discord for 18 premium battle passes and he wasn’t able to get them for me however he got me over 2500 pokecoins to compensate for the battle passes and I was able to get over 24 battle passes. He did this all in like 30min super quick service. I would definitely use them again or recommend a friend.
