They were very communicative and polite throught the whole process. I originally saw their ad on Instagram and was skeptical but once the poster and light frame box came i was immediately satisfied with it all. Would definitely shop through them again. 5 stars!!!!

Product was great. The 3D effect stuck out even more than I thought initially which was sick. Some jerseys are harder to spot than others but thats barely an issue if im picking apart the little things. The price originally was a little high but I was able to get a deal on the site to do 2 for 50 which was definetely worth it

Premium Quality Posters & Outstanding Customer Service! couldn’t be happier
I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Pikazo! From start to finish, their customer service was excellent, communication was clear, and they kept me updated throughout the entire process. Any concerns I had were addressed quickly and professionally, which made me feel valued as a customer.
As for the posters themselves, they are absolutely stunning. I ordered the MJ, LeBron, and Kobe posters. I got the unframed versions, and the print quality is top-tier. The colors are rich, the details are sharp, and the material has a nice thickness that makes it feel premium. Even without a frame, they look incredible, but I can only imagine how much more impressive they’d be with the light box option. While it’s an extra cost, I can tell it would elevate the posters even further.
If you’re looking for high-quality art with exceptional customer service, I highly recommend Pikazo! I’ll definitely be ordering from them again in the future.

Horrible Company
The first shipment got damaged in shipping and was not delivered. The company promised to send a replacement, but after a month, never sent it. Horrible company and terrible customer service. You can’t call or chat, and email replies take several days (and then are filled with lies). Have to dispute the charges with my credit card company.
Edit: Company did provide a refund without requiring that I dispute the charge with the credit card company. The damage to the item was not their fault, but why couldn't they send a replacement? They kept promising, but never did it...and I gave them a full month to do so before requesting a refund. So I got my money back, but my nephew never got his gift. Disappointing.
