My dentist recommended these over…
My dentist recommended these over floss, I was pretty doubtful on how well they would work but they are fantastic. I do appreciate the bamboo range as being a little more environmentally friendly.

I purchased five packs of size 3…
I purchased five packs of size 3 piksters for $22.95 (GST exempt) per pack. The brochure which came with the order indicated they were normally $13.30 per pack but were currently reduced to $9.85 per pack. This would indicate that I have paid about twice the normal price for 5 packs. Something appears to be wrong somewhere. Will the company send me another 5 packs at no further charge?

I can appreciate your confusion, it appears that you have received our specials flyer that is applicable to Dental Professionals only sorry. Our dental customers have a different pricing structure than our private consumer customers do & they also have a much higher minimum order requirement before their orders qualify for free shipping, unlike private consumers which is only $29. I have raised this incident with our warehouse staff who pack the orders, in the attempt to ensure that this is not repeated.
