Honestly, this has been very helpful for me and my channel. There are times it gets it right and other times where it gets it wrong (wasting some credits along the way), but I understand it can't be p... See more

The Images Look Like Real Me
I'm camera-shy, so I needed a tool that could take a few reference photos of me and place me in a new setting for a YouTube thumbnail, but I wanted it to look real. Pikzels achieved this. Other tools I tried before Pikzels didn’t really work out for me.
The face it produced actually looked like me, the lighting was natural, and the overall image didn't have that weirdly smooth, plastic quality I'd been getting from other tools.
Pikzels achieved this in one shot.
Such a nice product! I’ll for sure use it again.
almost perfect please keep it up
i love this app
i love this app. it helps me out so much for my thumbnails.
amazing
I don't think any other ai thumbnail maker can compare 10/10 this is a very useful tool i love how there is a lot of tools to help you when you need to figure something out.
I love Pikzels
I just love seeing how the thumbnails turn out I've been using it this year and I really enjoy using it I love it. I love putting my face on it to see how I will look I laugh every time but sometimes I can't believe it. it's really an amazing tool. I would recommend it to other creators to use pikzels.
Honestly
Honestly, this has made it so easy to create thumbnails. It has been a game changer and the time it takes me to release a video now because I don’t have to do this part anymore. And it’s used to this part that would take me the longest sometimes lol. I also love that it gives you a couple options to choose from. Any, it allows you to make edits to those options. If you are on the fence, I would too. And I don’t regret jumping in.

Fast, Creator-Friendly Thumbnails That Just Work
What made my experience great with Pikzels AI Thumbnail is how simple and fast everything feels. You don’t get overwhelmed with complicated tools or a steep learning curve—it just works. I could go from idea to a solid-looking thumbnail in minutes, which is huge when you’re trying to stay consistent with content.
What they’re doing really well is focusing on what creators actually need: speed, ease of use, and results that look good enough to publish right away. The AI seems to understand common thumbnail styles (bold text, strong contrast, clear subjects), which saves a lot of trial and error. It feels like the tool was built with real creators in mind, not just designers.
If I had to give constructive feedback, I’d say there’s still room to improve customization. Sometimes you want a bit more control to tweak details so your thumbnails don’t feel too similar to others. Adding more fine-tuning options or style variety could take it to the next level.
Overall, it’s a really solid tool that does exactly what it promises—and does it well.
Very useful tool

Double charged!
I was charged twice ($40 each) for the same monthly subscription and only received one set of credits. This is a straightforward billing error.
After providing clear proof of the duplicate charges, support acknowledged that both charges occurred — but still refused to issue a refund. Their reasoning? The charge was outside a 24-hour window and credits had been used.
That makes no sense. I did not receive two months of service. I received one, and was billed twice.
Instead of correcting an obvious mistake, they hid behind a rigid policy and gave a “final decision” response. No escalation, no accountability, no attempt to make it right.
For a company dealing with recurring subscriptions, this is a serious red flag. If they double charge you, don’t expect them to fix it.
I’ve had to dispute the charge with my credit card company to resolve something that should have taken them two minutes.
Would not recommend.
