Disappointed .

Ordered a pair three weeks ago.
I did contact them and Gemma replied that my order is on the way.
They send me a tracking number for a parcel that went to a different country (?????).
I have tried to contact them by sending 3 emails and a message on messenger but no reply as yet.
I hope that they will resolve the issue asap and I will update the review

After multiple attempts to contact them with no luck I contacted pilestone head office.
They replied very quick.
Next couple of days I received multiple emails from Gemma apologising and giving me some excuses.
Finally today I received the parcel.
THANK YOU PILESTONE USA NOT UK for sorting it out for me

Missing product

I've ordered a set of classic glasses, received an email that they are shipped with a time frame when they should arrive and stating the order is tracked. Unfortunately I never received a tracking number and the glasses never arrived. I've tried contacting Pilestone twice, but never received an answer. It looks like a SCAM!

Finally the product came with two weeks of delay, and since it was shipped from UK, I had to pay 30 Euro additionally. There is a huge communication improvement opportunity, where Pilestone can work on.

Very disappointed

Very disappointed – still no delivery after 8 days
I placed an order on the Pilestone website 8 days ago, and I still haven’t received my package. This is completely unacceptable from a company that claims to provide high-quality products. No update emails, no explanation for the delay – just silence.
At this point, I’m seriously questioning the reliability of this brand. I expected better service and basic communication. If this is how they treat their customers, I will definitely not be ordering again.
Update. They have returned my money back.

Brilliant product and service

I was gifted some colour correction glasses in 2018 and they've been absolutely brilliant for me ever since, as a product I can't recommend it enough.

A few weeks ago I accidentally snapped the arm on the glasses and when I contacted pilestone to see if they supplied replacement arms I was offered a free pair to replace the broken ones since I enjoyed them so much and for so long.

Their customer service was outstanding and I can't recommend them enough.

I am correcting an earlier review for which l gave 1 star.
The glasses finally arrived but unfortunately they made no difference to seeing the colours that my friend couldn't see.
The glasses were returned and they gave us a full refund by the end of January.

Pilestone glasses 👓

My wife bought me this glasses after she find out that I’m strong Deutan.
I didn’t know that either, it was her idea to take the colour blind test as we often disagree on colours.
My life has changed dramatically after first few uses.
I never thought life could be so beautiful/ colourful.
What a difference!
Always looking forward to wearing them everyday, especially when it’s very sunny outside.
Highly recommended them.
Well worth it every penny.

Extra import charges to another EU Country

Unfortunate extra charges including VAT, I already paid VAT while purschasing and was led to believe that there would be no additional charges or import duties.

I'm sorry to hear you were unaware of any custom fee's you had to pay due to your shipping address being outside of the UK.

Please understand as you purchased from our UK website your order was shipped from the UK.

When orders are shipped outside the UK your country may charge the recipient a custom fee once it reaches your country. Please note however you always have the option to reject this fee as well as your package. This would mean your package would get returned back to us and in return a full refund would be issued back to you.

They work

i bought these for my son as he has an upcoming test to do an electricians course at college and couldn’t pass the colour blind test. They work he can pass the test with the glasses on.. i was nervous because of the cost! no just to see if the college will accept him doing the test wearing them!

No response, like many others on here

Had no response via email or chat regarding my order. Not had any update at all for my order since the original confirmation. I'm wanting to cancel the one I ordered to choose another pair instead yet it looks like I'm not the only one on here who has had issues with them responding to customers once they have taken your money. I will update if this is resolved.

I bought Pilestone colourblind glasses…

I bought Pilestone colourblind glasses for my son who is a protanope. We were a little sceptical at first but they really do make a difference. He is thrilled with what he can see. The only slight downside is that the lenses are an obvious red colour and he is a little self conscious about wearing them in certain settings. In the summer they will look more like sunglasses so it wont matter so much but they are excellent quality, and really do work.
I emailed the company with a question before buying and they were very helpful. Great experience all round.

Pilestone glasses.

From ordering/ paying to arrival was almost twice as long as advertised. I was getting a bit worried so sent two emails but no reply!!! My item did eventually arrive and appears to be ok. Not sure I would use Pilestone again.

Don’t work at all

Don’t work at all, tried to get a refund and they didn’t send me the return address so I filed a charge back with my bank only for them to dispute it. Avoid at all costs

I ordered the glasses for my son and they have had no effect on his colour vision. I have sent three emails to obtain the returns address to get a refund and have had no response.

Purchased glasses on 29th December 2024 to date 8th Jan still not arrived. Submitted contact form days ago and still no response, sadly no number to call. Really disappointed at the lack of response so far

Extremely disappointed with these so-called colorblind glasses. They do not work at all as advertised. No improvement in color perception, just a useless marketing gimmick. I had high hopes when purchasing them, but it turned out to be a complete waste of money. I strongly discourage anyone from buying this product if they’re looking for a real solution to colorblindness. Terrible experience
