Hellish situation
The website promises delivery in 48h - it's been 2 weeks and I still don't have any idea of what's going on with my order as the company doesn't answer my calls or emails...

I am 100% satisfied with my new mattress. It's very comfortable and
I sleep so much better now. I was very impressed with how Pilimpi dealt with my order and the efficient way the delivery was carried out. I was notified at each stage and the delivery men arrived within 5 minutes of the time stated, both very helpful and friendly. I couldn't have expected a better service or product.

No confirmation email on purchase, bed not in stock, no comms
Ordered a bed, no confirmation email, did not reply to emails or calls except after much persistence.
This is a strange company. Their website gives email addresses and phone numbers, but emails and calls are not responded to.
In the end I had to cancel my order, which thankfully they did respond to/refund.

Sleep better. Dormir mieux
I have been sleeping so much better now that I have the all natural latex Pilimpi mattresses. I have had them for two weeks and can recommend them very highly. I also purchased the latex pillows as well as the mattress toppers (surmatelas in French).
But if I had been ready to pay double elsewhere, it was the expertise and conviciton of the merchants that made me opt for Pilimpi. The service was absolutely perfect: the advice, the speed of the delivery, the help with setting things up and the clarity of the explanations. The price was also attractive.
