I had to return because I don't sleep flat. I have sinus problems and sleep with my head raised. They kindly agreed to allow me to return.

It is a bit too hard at first but after a few weeks it breaks in nicely! Once it does break in it is amazing. My issue is it deteriorates quickly as this is my second one in 5 years.

Hi JJ. Unfortunately we don't have record that you purchased any since 2019 -which is 5 years ago. Are we somehow mistaken? We've not heard of this issue whatsoever in the past 12 years of business. If you find that a pillow is malfunctioning or somehow is not holding up for the one to two year warranties, we're more than happy to replace, free of charge. Fantastic. This is my second pillow. I first saw it and Dr. Hamill on a talk show called the "Doctors.". I would guess that was somewhere around 2006 I have degenetrive discs in my neck. I was in alot of pain. I could barely turn my neck. When I got this pillow, I used it for a couple of weeks and I haven't had pain since. I couldn't sleep on any other pillow.

I LOVE THIS PILLOW! The neck support is perfect and love how the hole for my head allows for a more natural position. No more neck and arm pain while I sleep! I can easily go from back to side sleeping.

Five stars based on product… Five stars based on product representation and available reviews. I've only had the PILLO1 for four nights and so far I like it. I have suffered with neck and shoulder pain for years and change pillows frequently trying to find one that offers some relief and a good nights sleep. Time will tell how PILLO1 does for me. This is by far the best pillow I have ever owned. It is the perfect amount of firm but soft. It’s the best for side sleeping and is the perfect height. The middle is great for neck support as well. I will never use another pillow. I am a lifetime customer.
