I ordered a pretty expensive mattress topper from this company. After a week, I still had no shipping information so I called their customer service number, only to be told there was a "delay". The rep couldn't tell me what that was and told me she would call me back when she found out. Very disappointing experience in every aspect.

Purchased via a promo on sept 29th. Received about a week after. The pillow itself is your run of the mill down-alt with an attractive pillow case. The quality and fill is in line with the $18-20 Biglot's Serta 'cooling down alt pillow' Worth $20? Probably. Worth the list price of $79? Not a chance in the world.
This product line is competing directly with Coop, another high-end aligned comfort brand. At $79 (PG list price) it is taking on the $73 (Coop Original) a product that is in the same market, uses higher quality materials and includes supplemental fill, all while not having a hostile social media presence.
Frankly, I would skip this company and look into any of it's competitors, at least they'll deliver a quality product and treat you with respect. 🙂
