Bad experience
One of my Etsy order imported twice, then pillow profits automatically charged my bank card twice, I contacted them for cancel one order, but I was told it is in production, could not cancelled and refund me. So I was suggested to change one order address to deliver to me. So i did it, I got the product, but they hold the order without delivey to my customer. More than One monthly later, I my customer and I found out this. I contacte PP, it took a few days to deliver it, i asked them for refund this order, so i can deliver mine to my customer in UK since mine is in Sweden. They refused. And told me it was delivered with tracking number, I believed.
But again more than one months late, there is no tracking information updated for that order when I checked. Only says the shipping was created in Yun express website. Shocked!!!
Not like another review, I had good experience with the customer support Glen, but bad experience with other two, because their ability to solve the problem, they often reply email without a solution, investigate something else, without focus how to solve the problem. So often delayed to solve problem. It tested my patience very much!!
Just one order take three months, I asked refund. I Totally lost patience with pillow profits. But they refused.
Beautiful design patterns, but hard for me to selling since a lot of same design patterns in Etsy, high competition for late market entered shops.
I much prefer JetPrint, better service far better quality sneakers, for order delayed 2 weeks, JetPrint refunded me the whole order, and send products to customer as well. Far better experience with JetPrint.
