Outstanding customer service.

Absolutely love this throw. The colour is gorgeous. Exactly what I was looking for.
Pillow talk's customer service needs a special mention....they have been outstanding.
My order was lost in transit during December. I contacted them in early Jan and they chased it up, communication was fast and helpful. They sent out a replacement at my request (they also offered a refund if I preferred) and it arrived yesterday. Very happy customer and highly recommend pillow talk for both service and products.

I give it a 5 fast pr5 and delivery the pillow best one i have yet to find i used the derila pillow for a bit not saw neck then I saw this bigger and better more comfortable and then memory foam that doesn't really last the long

Unhelpful Staff

I visited Pillowtalk Homeworld Helensvale recently, hunting for a superking throw for our bed. Time was of the essence as I was styling our home for sale and I had a million and one other things to look for. I wandered around for 5 minutes before I eventually had to ask someone for help. A young lady was arranging some Christmas items on a table and I asked where I could find what I was looking for. Without taking her eyes off the table she was arranging, she indicated I could make my way to the back of the store and look on the shelves on the left. I’m sorry, I know she had a job to do arranging Christmas dootie, but I would’ve appreciated a bit more interest and assistance in finding and deciding what might’ve been suitable. Even a smile would’ve been nice. I did end up finding what I wanted, spending over $100. I also needed a few other things but just didn’t have time to try and find them myself, and I certainly wasn’t going to ‘bother’ this young lady again. Just a constructive message to maybe ask staff to not just point with their head in the general direction of what a customer might be looking for. And a little smile helps too. If I’m being friendly and polite, then I expect the same in return.

Paid for false advertising product online

Paid for product online, 10 December. Advised delivery 2 days max. Expected delivery 17 December! 7 days to come from Brisbane, 107km, 1 1/2hrd away! False advertising once again! Aramax delivery! Not shop again! 0 stars
