Absolutely the worst

Absolutely the worst. I tried to use them twice but each time they messed up my medication and had the absolute worst customer service and communication. When I was finally able to talk to someone they were insulting and rude.

Pillpack is absolutely horrible

Pillpack is absolutely horrible. OmniPod sent my info to Pillpack to get started with the OmniPod 5 system. The entire process has been a total disaster. It's been weeks and my supplies still are NOT here. Type 1 diabetics who rely upon meds and supplies to LIVE - BEWARE. Go to you local pharmacy if you can.

Amazingly bad

Amazingly bad. Quick quiz for Amazon: how often should monthly prescription be filled? Answer: monthly! Not every 45 days. Not 40 days. Not 50 days. Monthly. The fact that you cannot figure this out is simply terrifying. Customer service is laughably bad as well hiring the least concerned and least engaged drones available. Just really really bad.

It's only a matter of time before they kill someone

The wrong dates and times printed on the labels. Missing Medications that they don't address the problem until I discover it. a really weird dispenser that I paid extra for that doesn't work. I have consistent medication, so this shouldn't have been hard. I'm cancelling my service.

Doesn't ship meds

Doesn't ship meds, doesn't tell you until the day before you need them. They were a train wreck. Nothing like putting people's heath in jeopardy.

Pillpack = runaround and…

Pillpack = runaround and misinformation. Don't take the time to use this service. You will waste hours trying to get your prescriptions filled. They don't deliver until your prior ones are used up. And they make it difficult to transfer your prescriptions back to your local pharmacy. STAY LOCAL. SAVE YOURSELF the hassle.

Horrible service

Horrible service! Their customer service is awful, they don’t seem to know anything so they just give you any answer they can think of. They would even ask me what the names for generic alternatives were (they should know this!!). Also I had to call numerous times to get them to fill an Rx that said “as directed” but they misread is as “as needed”. Finally, they had an engineering problem in their fill department where all my prescriptions were falling into the next day’s packet because the packets weren’t sealed correctly and they told me I’d have to pay 100% of the cost for replacement meds! I switched to a different service.

Pillpack-1 Star is way too many should be a zero

wait one is way too high, Pillpack Used to be great, now not so much, maybe because amazon took over. For the last 2 years, they can't do anything right. The customer service is lacking, they won't answer a simple question about drug costs. Stuff out of stock, shipping late, and my orders wrong. They have the records yet every time they make me jump through hoops. Don't waste your time or money here. you will regreat it. BE WARNED

DO NOT USE PILLPACK

DO NOT USE PILLPACK. Would give zero stars if possible.

Needed to get my daughter's medication packaged in single-day packs for camp. Called daily to follow up on the order over the course of a week, and each day was told there was an issue with a different medication. Each day, the prescriber modified the script as directed. Was repeatedly told the medication would arrive on time. Two days before camp start was told the medication was en route and would arrive the following day. When nothing came that day, I was told it would arrive that evening. Nothing came. At that point, I was then told the package had not yet gone out!!! My daughter couldn't start camp as planned which resulted in my losing significant money.

PillPack had the gall to still charge my credit card and bill my insurance.

They're short staffed....takes forever to get meds!

I was given a prescription on July 21...its now July 25 and I still haven't seen the medication. I reached out to their customer service and they said they received it but it hasn't been reviewed by a pharmacist. When I asked why its taken 4 days the rep stated they were short staffed on pharmacists. I stated they should've advised the patient of that so alternate arrangements could've been met. Go elsewhere....these people are unreliable!

I have been dealing with this company for too long

I have been dealing with this company for about 2 year... and that's 2 years to long. If there was a lower rating I could give them I certainly would. I don't know how it happened but it seems they just hired every incompetent person they could find. The only reason I've stayed this long is because of the special packaging they do, which is hard to find. My last pharmacy was going to start charging me $25 a month to package it that way but I'm seriously going to look for a new place or go back to my old one and pay the $25. Even that would be worth it just to not have to deal with Pillpack any longer. I'm tired of having to call them 4 to 5 times a month because of their screw-ups! Month after month after month, the same damn type of screw-ups!!! Don't trust these people with your life. They're all a bunch of dolts.

I've been using Pillpack since before…

I've been using Pillpack since before Amazon acquired them. I love them. They go out of their way to make sure I get my meds even if the mistake is on my end...including emergency overnighting enough pills for a new prescription to true up and coordinate for the next shipment. These guys know their business. They even bend over backward to coordinate with my insurance which will not pay more often than once a month supply. They do not do 90 day supplies. So what? They mail your meds every month. Responses from them have always been very timely and unfailingly pleasant. Can't say enough good things.

Horrible

Horrible. My prescription was written for a 90 day supply, one refill. First prescription received several calls from the pharmacist who could not seem to understand that the prescription required me to break one of the tablets in half to get the correct dosage- even though it was written on the prescription. When the refill arrived it was for only a 30 day supply even though my doctor had not authorized the change nor had I requested. Contacted PillPack- their answer was that they do not allow 90 days supply because f the opioid crisis- this medication is not an opioid!

Very poor onboarding experience trying to get started

Horrible experience with them on boarding into the new program. It has been two months with them and they missed shipping my meds both months. I finally cancelled my account. They can’t seem to get my daily meds right. No warnings from them about any issues just out of pills on my end and darkness on their end.

Pillpack is terrible

Pillpack was supposed to be a very helpful and efficient way to manage a persons medications. I have had them for 2 years and it has turned out to be a terribly frustrating experience. The problems are as follows:
1. when your script is ready to expire you are told to contact your doctor to continue the medication. This is not how it works in the pharmacies.
2. Now they are telling me to start working with the insurance companies to find out the formularies for my medications. Further they tell me I need "authorizations" from the different doctors for meds. Never heard of this till now.
3. They "run out" of medications and told me to get it from the local pharmacy.
4. they changed the medication type that could not be included in the packets an send me boxs of pill blister packs.
5. these people are nice but don't seem to know what each person has said or done. You have to explain the whole story for each on.
6. Recently I was diagnosed with diabetes. Pillpack said my co pay on my new medication was over $500. My local pharmacy said it was $12.50.
If I cannot rely on this Pillpack, start carrying boxes and pill bottles plus the packets, spend hours on the phone with these people then it is time to move on. Pillpack shame on you!

Pillpack is the worst and I have had several in the past.

My experience with Pillpack has been terrible. For two years, they cannot get it right. They don't put quantities on my individual prescriptions on the website. They constantly change between 90 day and 30 day supplies so it is impossible to check when I am supposed to get refills. I have made hundreds of calls to Pillpack and they are very nice and apologetic about the errors but nothing ever gets fixed. I am going to get all my prescriptions transferred out of there before I go completely insane.

I would give a negative -5 stars if it…

I would give a negative -5 stars if it would allow me to.
I have had a nightmare for 3 months now.
Sending package with wrong medication listed on the packing slip.
Sent vitamin D instead of tramadol and Lyrica.
It’s controlled substance so they can’t replace it and can’t find it.
Every month problem after problem with no communication.
If you call you talk to a different person every time.
They all say we will look into it and call you back.
Hours on the phone.
50 calls in 3 months averaging 1 hour and 15 mins a call but some were 2 hours plus.
I’ve switched back to my old pharmacy that does PillPack and gets everything correct.
I will never leave Melrose Pharmacy in Phoenix.
I love my girl Emily and the individual service she gives me.
I’m sorry Emily!
Amazon
Being the biggest isn’t worth everything if your quality of service and accuracy of medication is the worst in the industry.
