living on past reputation

I bought a container of Pillsberry grands! They were awful! Dry and cakey! If you bake them for less time, then you just get raw dough! Not a product I would buy again.
If you call the company you get, of course, a machine! If you want to give them a good review, they pick up almost immediately.
If your review is not a good one. You have approximately a 30 minute wait time on hold!
No customer service! Living on past reputation.

I recently sampled Pillsbury's new…

I recently sampled Pillsbury's new frozen cinnamon rolls and was thoroughly disappointed. The product emitted a peculiar aroma and an unpalatable taste, prompting me to discard it immediately. I contacted Pillsbury's customer service department the same day, and although they responded within 24 hours, their response was underwhelming. The representative offered a coupon for the same product, which seemed impractical given my adverse experience. It's puzzling to think that anyone would opt for a coupon to repurchase a product that failed to meet expectations.

Lousy Customer Service

I bought this because I'm diabetic. THE BROWNIES WERE HORRENDOUS. I took 2 bites then threw them out. I contacted Pillsbury and I was supposed to get coupons. They said around 2 weeks. So I forgot, then when I remembered, all I got was hassle from Pillsbury. They wanted the bar code and receipt. I told them I'd already done all that, but I still got hassled. I'm not impressed and haven't bought anything from Pillsbury since
