Pushy salespeople. We signed up over a year ago and still receive solicitations to sign up. The service over this year has been fairly unreliable and slower than FiOS which Pilot Fiber was supposed to be the backup for. We do not get advertised speeds and never have. We will most likely be canceling them in the near future.
