Excellent shipping time; not so good customer service.

Excellent shipping time: received in 24h instead of the expected 48h.
Need to review their out of stock products still being sold on the website, as I bought one wishing to receive it, not my money back (which they refunded rapidly fortunately). They didn't even notify me; I realized once I received the rest but this article, and after me writing them... In fact, I'd have preferred to be contacted before the shipping in case I'd have preferred to cancel the whole purchase.

No compilance with delivery time

I país 6,5€ for a 24 hours delivery (bought on friday, expecting to have It on saturday) and got It on tuesday 😞

Antes de nada, queremos dar datos concretos para que el resto de usuarios puedan entender lo ocurrido: Usted realizó su pedido el día 17/02/2017 (viernes) a las 16:41, y le fue entregado el día 20/02/2017 (lunes, y no martes como usted indica) a las 13:31 (tenemos albarán de entrega firmado por usted mismo en esa fecha y hora).

Dicho esto, se cumplen a la perfección los plazos de entrega estipulados en las condiciones de compra que está obligado a aceptar para poder realizar la compra: https://www.pilotscenter.com/content/3-condiciones-de-compra. En este apartado se indica lo siguiente:
- " A efectos de entrega, NO se consideran hábiles sábados, domingos y festivos."

Además, contamos con otro apartado a pie de página sobre preguntas frecuentes, en el cual se incluye precisamente respuesta al motivo por el que nos ha dado su puntuación:

- "Si un pedido es enviado un viernes, ¿podré recibirlo el sábado?

First of all, we'd like to show some specific details in order to give an appropiate context to the rest of users: you placed your order on 17/02/2017 (Friday) at 4:41 pm and it was delivered on 20/02/2017 (Monday, not Tuesday as you said) at 1:31pm (we've got a delivery note signed by you at that time and date).

Having said that, the delivery deadlines stipulated in the terms of purchase that you are bound to accept in order to make the purchase are perfectly fulfilled: https://www.pilotscenter.eu/content/22-terms-of-purchase. This section indicates the following:
"- For delivery purposes, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are NOT considered as working days."
