Great products but terrible customer experience. You did not send me the invoice I needed and showed no interest whatsoever in solving the problem. That's what happened. Reply to your last reply: you have sent an invoice but not with the right billing address and when I asked you to change it, you refused !!!!! Good Lord and you keep on going not showing any result attitude and confirming my point. You must be the only company on the net who doesn't't either adjust the invoice or actually have a way when ordering to distinct invoicing and delivering. In 2021 that's surreal !
