Sketchy company. Either they are a total scam or a drop shipping operation from China, either way avoid at all costs. I ordered an item and when I emailed to find out the status of my item I was gaslit by customer service. I eventually had to initiate a charge back with my credit card, item never came.
Absolutely unacceptable experience. My order sat for over two weeks with no updates or communication. When I tried to cancel before it even shipped, I was told it had already been shipped, however, it hadn’t been shipped. Only a tracking number had been generated. Now they’re charging me return shipping plus a 20% restocking fee for a delay that was entirely their fault. Their communication is nonexistent, their policies are unethical, and their customer service is downright dismissive. I strongly advise avoiding this company at all costs.

Had a Retrofit Mini Stubby Instrument Cluster For Tesla Model 3 2017-2023

This stopped working after 4 months due to a Tesla update. I contacted PimpmyEV and was told they were getting a software fix but after another 12 months nothing has emerged . Appalling service.
They advertise they come to you to install Tesla accesories, but when you actually go ahead they tell you, you need to go to Leicester for them to install the accesory. Waste of time

Hi Hector, Apologies for your experience with our installation service. We do have a UK arm that does indeed travel to you, however complex installs that can take more than a day requires the car to be stationed in a single covered warm location where all tools are available. We hope you find someone who can do a 2 day install at your location.
I initially held a rather critical perspective due to the name "Pimp." However, over time, it took on a more significant meaning. I placed an order and received the desired product as promised. It fits perfectly, and both the brightness of the light and the logo on the connector function satisfactorily. I can only commend the various employees for their professional approach to the company's name, PimpMyEv.
Pimpmyev exceeded my expectations. The yoke steering wheel looks great the white leather matches the Tesla white leather. I used another company before finding pimpmyev and sent the other company’s yoke back not good craftsmanship and off color white leather.
Pimpmyev 100% quality work and attention to detail. Highly recommend them.
PimpMyEv did a great job on our custom door lights! We ordered two lights for our 2025 Toyota Highlander. The process was straightforward. I made a custom image on photoshop and sent the jpeg to them. They can also create the correctly sized image for you, if needed. They manufactured the puddle lights for us, which took approximately 2 weeks from order to delivery. The install was easy, you just pop out the old lights and plug in the new ones. The new ones clicked perfectly into the door recess. The image is vibrant and sharp! The resolution is excellent, better than I expected.
This was a Christmas gift for my wife and she loves them! We are very happy with our experience and can highly recommend this company. They were responsive and answered all of my questions right away.
Great product, exactly as advertised and pimpmyev was fast and friendly when communicating updates.
