Order still hasn't arrived after nearly a month
Ordered a watch from here on the 29th of November, was dispatched the next day, since then my order still hasn't arrived with no corespondence whatsoever, unable to track and no estimated delivery date. Have emailed twice now with no response, have no idea where my watch is and this was a Christmas present. Very disappointed and stressed out about my order. Be aware of this when ordering from here as no one will get back to you.

I ordered two watches and a gold bracelet. The watches arrived and met my expectations. Unfortunately, the bracelet was missing from the package, even though I paid for it. So far, I haven’t received a response to my message about this. It's disappointing, as it takes away from an otherwise positive experience. I hope this issue will be resolved soon.

Good watches, bad accessories
The watches look and feel good - they don’t feel high quality which is expected for this price range so overall nice. The extra items however are quite a joke. Wouldn’t recommend buying the chains or bracelets - just the watches are good.

All our watches come with a pre-installed battery, which should last at least 2 years before needing replacement. It’s simply not possible for the watch to arrive without a battery, but if it wasn’t working upon arrival, we assume the battery may have been replaced by you or a jeweler.
Please email us at info@pinaudofficial.com, and we’d be happy to offer a refund for the battery replacement or assist you further.

The battery of the watch should at least hold 2/3 years before it should be considered for replacement. However, if there is anything wrong with the battery, we recommend you reach out to us through email at info@pinaudwatches.com, and we can assist you further. Issues regarding the battery may be covered under our warranty.

Great watch
At first I was sceptical, but after receiving the watch, I was positively supprise of the quality of the watch.
The watch is not heavy and the stainless steel does not scratch after hitting a wall for example. The watch is also really quiet. You can only hear it tick when putting your ear on it. I have it for 2 weeks already and the battery has not run out yet. Will update after a year on the battery life.
Overall, great purchase if you're are looking for a esthetic looking watch on a budget
