PineHook is automation software that turns TradingView alerts into live trades on MetaTrader 5. When a strategy or an indicator fires an alert, PineHook carries it to a small program on the trader's own MT5 terminal, which places the trade as configured. Most alerts arrive in under 100 milliseconds, and the delivery times behind that claim are published on a public status page, updated daily, because a tool in this category should prove its reliability rather than assert it. PineHook Systems Inc. is a Canadian software company based in Montreal. We built the service after years of trading through tools that dropped alerts at bad moments, and that experience still irritates us enough to shape most design decisions. If a terminal or VPS disconnects, for example, alerts queue and deliver on reconnection, under rules the trader controls, with an expiry window so nothing stale fires. Each delivery is acknowledged by the terminal that executed it and logged with its timing. Broker passwords and TradingView logins are never requested. Trades execute on the customer's machine, and credentials stay there. The company operates under PIPEDA, Quebec's Law 25, and the GDPR, with a named privacy officer and a privacy policy written in plain language. The platform includes multiple take profits, trailing stops, breakeven automation, a trade copier for running one strategy across several accounts, and guardrails such as daily drawdown limits and trading hours, which matter when trading a funded account.
