Disappointed
I signed up for a US number. And kept above 0 balance. Suddenly the number was gone without warning. And they told me it expired and now I need to pay the new higher price. They said I needed to have a sufficient amount in the account. I have asked three Times what that amount is without response. I also asked why I wasn’t wanted or notified the number could be lost. I rely on this number to help care for my elderly father far away which all doctors and nurses had. When I signed up for the number prices we’re different. It seems they just want to rise the price for existing customers. But the problem for me is the lack of clear answers and rules when asked. Seems subject to change a vague. I have to pay for coins plus a monthly charge now? Confused.
