Promises to fix dont get done
Edit: The company contacted me as soon as I put up this review and spent about two days trying to fix the error. After two days we did get the error fixed and the server back up and runnin and they also gave us extra time on our bill for the inconvinence. Still not perfect service, but much better then the service I had first received before posting my review.
The company opened two servers when we signed up for a trail, took payment immediatly instead of doing the trial, when asked to remove the active server so that we wouldnt be charged twice, they did not, then two days later they terminated the free trial server which had our world on it, took multiple back and forths before they promised to fix it and get our game back. Their way of fixing it, was to give us back the old IP address and not the world we had been playing. Two days of service and two days of issues, run away from this company.

As our systems are entirely automated for service creation having 2 servers opened means that you likely by accident refreshed the page or clicked the order button twice.
Trials are done by way of a payment override which only works on the first order hence why payment was taken for the second as it was a "normal order"
Trials are terminated after 48 hours unless we specifically hear from the customer asking to move to a paid product
I apologise for the experience you have had and if you can let me know the ticket number(s) you have submitted I can make sure this gets resolved for you

I am a novice and PingPerfect makes it possible for me to have my own server. The control panel is user friendly and makes everything easier to understand, with helpful tutorials.
Fantastic Customer Service!
In my error, I accidently wiped my server one morning around 3am and couldn't get my server to start again. I opened an angry support ticket, as I had just lost countless hours, through my own stupidity. The ticket was answered within minutes by one of the friendly support team, who was very helpful and professional. The support team went above and beyond to resolve my issue and not only that, they somehow managed to restore my server.
I highly recommend PingPerfect to users of all experience.

Great company with awesome support
I admit I was skeptical when I first Found their site.
Already had a bad experience with another company. But I took a chance and ordered trial run first to see if I would like the server. Had an issue right off the start. Issue was not bad or anything bad on their part. Was a mod issue. They worked almost immediately after I submitted the ticket and finally got it working that same day. The support was awesome and they kept in constant communication with me as to what they were doing and let me know if I needed to do anything. I would definately recommend pingperfect to anyone wanting to rent any server, and if I ever need another server, I would definately rent another one from them

Really bad service
Really bad service. In problem solving, they are restarting services without notice, reply time on ticket is >1h and don't expect to get money back even that money that it is just in your account. Just really sad that PP has gone this low...

I'm sorry you feel that way, our goal is to provide the best experience for our customers.
Anytime staff need to restart a service during the course of a ticket we ask the customer beforehand so if a restart has been done without your say so would you be able to let me know the ticket number it occured in please.
Our reply time on tickets is currently averaging at 16 minutes and 48 seconds not hours.
If you have used our add funds system to add credit it does clearly state that any credit added is not refundable, this warning is displayed in the following places
1. When you purchase a service you are required to read and agree to our terms and conditions
2. When you go to the add funds section, it warns you on the page itself
If you can provide a ticket numebr though I can look into this in more detail as I can't find you in our system.

Satisfactory Server would not work with Update 8
Had an issue getting my satisfactory server working with update 8. I had to wait 24hrs till Monday to have a tech work on it, but he had it resolved quickly.
I give 4 stars because the team responds quickly with tickets and they inform you what to expect. but if you have an major issue on a Saturday you will have to wait until Monday for a solution, So the server might be down all weekend.
