Vatify - Free and top notch service

I was struggling to submit my VAT returns for HRMC's "Making Tax Digital" using my normal provider.
I signed up to use Vatify, a free service by Pinion. That wasn't working either. I emailed them on a Sunday and they replied on the same day. HMRC had scheduled maintenance which wasn't advertised anywhere. The next day there were still issues with HMRC's API. The Vatify team gave me a direct link to the HMRC status page so I can self service that in future.
And I'm not even paying for this service!
