Good evening, instead of sending me what I ordered, you sent me something else. This was your mistake. Also, on the order page it shows exactly what I ordered, but what I received is completely different.

I am from Brazil and I waited a parent to come to Brazil to bring me the suit. The paints was perfect but the blazer was smaller than I thought. Is it possible to change it? Or it is possible to buy just the blazer?

Enjoyed the product, but I'm very disappointed with after purchase support trying to return the product.

Their system did not send me a return label, contacted them twice, first time they fully ignored me, second time they promised to send by end of day. Now a few days later still have not received it.

I liked the brand and would have bought and spent a lot more, but now I'm questioning this due to terrible customer service.

P.S: Their reply below to me, is precisely the problem... They have also tried to remove this review by reporting thats it's fake which is not ethical.

I purchased cashmere items and am quite satisfied with the quality and design. Pini Parma, as always, maintain its quality and customer care.

I placed four orders with Pini Parma over the past few weeks. The quality is top notch, and the fit suits me very well. Their return policy and process are also very friendly. I bought different sizes of the same items and knew I would need to return some of them. They even covered the return shipping, which made the whole process easy and stress free.

Bought a pair of high waisted flannel pants.
Everything went smooth.

Pants feel very high in quality, and perfect for that timeless classic styled look.
I will most likely be bying more from Pini in the future.

I got tow trousers the fabric was very nice and they looked even better than photos

Following the publication of this review, Pini Parma contacted me directly and resolved the pricing issue by refunding the full difference between the advertised Black Friday price and the amount originally charged, thereby honoring the promotional price. A complimentary suit hanger was also provided as a gesture of goodwill.

I appreciate the company’s willingness to reconsider the matter and ultimately resolve it. That said, the issue required multiple communications and a significant amount of time to address a problem that arose from a technical checkout failure outside my control. For that reason, while the matter was eventually resolved, I have updated my rating from one to four stars rather than five stars.

I attempted to purchase a blue down jacket during Pini Parma’s Black Friday promotion at the advertised price. A couple of days after Black Friday, it became clear that the order had not been processed.

After contacting customer service, I was instructed to place the order again and was informed that the Black Friday price would be honored. I relied on that representation and completed the purchase as instructed. The company subsequently declined to adjust the final price to the advertised Black Friday rate.

The failure of the original transaction was technical and outside my control. In these circumstances, declining to honor the advertised promotional price after directing the customer to reorder raises concerns regarding advertised pricing practices and reliance on representations made by customer service.

The only resolution offered was to accept the item at a higher price or return it.

While the jacket itself appears to be of good quality, the handling of the pricing issue and the customer service response were inconsistent with reasonable consumer expectations for a premium retailer.

Prospective customers should exercise caution when purchasing during promotional periods, as advertised prices may not be honored following checkout or processing issues.

I ordered a turtle neck in rich navy colour which I really love. The product is very goodand the delivery was fast. A small but pleasant detail: The products from Pini Parma don’t come with a bad smell from storage as I have noticed with many other items of clothing that I have ordered online.

However, returns, while not difficult, are quite slow

I received my trousers on December 19th, size was not correct and I drop the parcel at the shipping company on the same day.. 10 days later the parcel is still not delivered to you, and I might, hopefully, revive the right size 25 days after my initial purchase .. doesn’t look reasonable

Concerning the clothes, very nice, good fabrics and modern design .. I really like Pini Parma
