Wish I could rate less than a one star

Wish I could rate less than a one star. Ordered on October 6th and have reached out 11 times via email and left 6 voicemails. Order #310056729. At this rate, I doubt my Halloween costume will be on time, if it ever even comes, and I have no clue if I will ever even get a response for a refund. I have no clue what to do or how to get in contact at this point. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. I have received no update or tracking, but am now short $90. Thanks a lot! If anyone knows how to get in contact or report this company that would be great. I understand that places are short staffed or shipping delays, but the fact that I’ve reached out as many times as I have and have received no response is terrible.

Terrible experience!

Update Jan 28th. I still haven’t heard from the company. They are terrible and it looks like they got over on me and that I won’t be receiving a refund. This company is a piece of crap! Update Dec 23rd: never received a response from the company. I recommend not ordering from them. Thanks!
Update: Dec 6th. I still haven’t heard anything from this company about a refund or sending the item back. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from them at all and I never will again.
Update: Nov 12th. No one has contacted me back regarding my return and I’ve sent three emails. Order number is 310056668.

I placed my order on September, 21, 21 and I haven’t received a tracking number nor any response from the company. I’ve sent multiple emails and I’ve called a million times. The phone number places you on hold for no one to answer and it sends you to a voicemail. I have no idea if I’ll get my order or if I’ll receive a refund or anything and the two day shipping is BS. Anyway. Good luck I wouldn’t recommend them!! ….as an update today is now October 18 and I received a costume in the mail October 12 after being ignored for 3 weeks. The costume I received is not the costume I ordered and it’s also not my size. It’s a medium and I ordered a small and it’s the incorrect costume. I submitted a complaint with the BBB to try to receive a refund because I can’t get ahold of the company.

I wish I could give a higher then 3 stars!! I absolutely love the clothes, so I ordered a cute sexy outfit. However, I have not heard anything from the company in regards to my tracking for my package. I was wondering why is it taking so long to receive my tracking. Two days to ship my cheeks

Two days to ship my cheeks. Customer service is total crud and I've been calling for THREE BUSINESS DAYS only to get no response and no email response. I will never order from here again. I called the company who owns this company as well and... SURPRISE, NO RESPONSE. im giving it till tomorrow at noon then im filling for fraud with my card company.

I initially opened a case against the seller on 12/31 after not having received an email regarding shipping information or tracking information after my purchase date of 12/23. After calling and emailing with no response, I filed the complaint. In my complaint I advised that I wanted my merchandise delivered to me on 1/3 or I wanted a refund, as I needed my items for a photo shoot. On 1/2 I received an email with my tracking information stating my merchandise would be delivered on 1/3. I checked the shipping status on the evening of 1/3 and the shipment date was changed to 1/4 (I have screenshots of each). During the afternoon on 1/4 I checked my mail (12:05pm) and saw my package had not been delivered. I checked the delivery status on the UPS website and it said it was out for delivery. This is where I also noticed that my package was handed off to USPS and they would be delivering not UPS. I checked my mailbox again around 2p and saw I had mail, but no package. The supposed delivery time via the UPS/USPS websites was 12:08 pm. My home has surveillance cameras and the USPS worker can be seen arriving to my home at 12:19pm and leaving at 12:21pm. She was seen putting mail in my mailbox (a regular letter mailbox unable to hold a package) and driving off. She did not leave my package (she would have had to go past a gate and put it on my doorstep and this did not occur). Also, there is an 11 minute discrepancy between the time my package was supposedly dropped off and the time the USPS worker is seen on camera dropping off my mail (again...no package in hand). Pink Basis did not provide me my package in the time stated and moreover, my package was still not delivered. Again, I have video evidence!

Worst place to buy shoes

I ordered 6 pairs of high heels from here one of which i ordered for my mom which was suppose to be a size 8 and was shipped to me in a 6 1/2 i emailed customer service about it to see if i can return it they did not let me when it wasn’t even the correct size. Then another problem happened i got charged 2 times for the same order and was not able to return the extra shoes to receive my money back. This company just wants to take your money BEWARE !!!!! Worst shopping experience I’ve ever received.

Buyer Beware!

I ordered multiple items from the website and two of the items were not delivered. I called for a refund on multiple occasions and was assured once the money would be returned within the week. Since then I have not been able to speak with anyone. I am on hold forever and e-mail customer service tells me to contact customer service. Buyer beware!

Sketchy return policy

Initially I was very excited to order because they had such good deals and shoes I liked.I ordered 2 pairs of shoes.They arrived quickly and I was satisfied completely until I tried a pair on and found that they were to tall for me.I really wanted to keep them but I could not walk in them so I decided they needed to be returned.I hate returning but had no use for shoes that would never be worn. I read over the return policy and emailed them and was fine with getting store credit.I sent the items back and waited. After about 2 weeks I emailed them to see if my package had been delivered and they suggested I check my shipping info,so I did. My package made it there safely.I gave them a few weeks and nothing. So I sent a "whats my status" type email and their response was that they had sent an email detailing my status and that I had been given store credit to my Pink Basis account.I scoured my emails looking for one but there was nothing,so I logged into my Pink Basis account and saw that I indeed had been credited back but only a part.I emailed them as to why they did not fully credit me and they did not respond.So I spent on the original items and shipping plus on the return of the items shipping and only got a part of the original cost back and got no explanation why.I used my Pink Basis store credit to the exact calculation in which I would not have to spend one penny more (including on shipping) on this site! I dont want to spend anymore money there.And I have learned to always read return policies first.If its as sketchy as Pink Basis's I wont bother to order.

Processing is very slow

Processing is very slow. I did not get it on time. I paid 2 day shipping for $20. Ordered on the 15th and received shipping confirmation on the 21st. I could not even return just store credit. I wish I read all their terrible reviews first. Customer service representative was terrible.

Be careful when ordering clearance items! I've ordered 3+ items that weren't 'in stock' when they shipped my items and still have NOT recieved a refund or any type of reply to my emails trying to get my $ back. The items I have received have been decent.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered from this site on November 5, 2016. I purchased 7 pairs of shoes, all of which were intended as gifts. My card was debited 2 days later. My order arrived November 11, 2016. Since the package came from California I was very excited about this. Soon after giving the shoes to the people they were intended for I was informed that one pair was, in fact, two left feet. As you could imagine my embarrassment, I soon after contacted PinkBasis. I emailed them on November 22, 2016. There is a disclaimer on their site that asks for 48 hours to respond, however, I didn't receive correspondence until November 28, 2016. I understand this was around the holiday season so I wasn't to make much of a fuss. I was emailed back and asked for pictures confirming the issue. These were sent to them within the hour. I tried calling multiple times to try to speed up the process, at one point I held for over 30 minutes only to be transferred to a generic voicemail stating that they weren't able to take my call. Fed up with waiting for correspondence I sent a follow-up email on December 5, 2016. I received an email back on December 8th, 2016 apologizing for the inconvenience and was then told that there wasn't a replacement for the shoes and if I wanted I could receive store credit and as a convenience to me, there was no need to return the shoes. I had no interest in receiving store credit and was unable to find any comparable shoes on the site. At this point, I requested for a refund to be issued. I received an email two days later that stated a refund has been requested on my behalf, which could take 7-15 business days. After the refund was approved it would take another 10 business days to issue the refund. Giving leeway for the two other holidays that have passed since then it's been about 20 business days and I have yet to receive a refund. By far the worst experience I've ever had. BEWARE OF THIS SITE.

My opinion

I ordered a pair of cute peep toe boots. I never received an confirmation email for me to track my order. I was hoping to wear the shoes for my birthday but have not received anything. I would like to contact somebody in charge for a full refund or either send me my product or I will have to get authorities involved.

Bad business

I ordered with Pink Basis over a month ago for an event a month away (thought plenty of time to arrive ordering ahead). The product never came. They never had that item. The event that I ordered for was over. I messaged them this fact requesting a refund and was told that I would have to wait another 2 weeks to one month for my refund request to be reviewed and decided upon. Message then stated that if refund was approved (no product received of course it must be "approved") that I must wait another up to 2 weeks to have my money put back into my credit card account. BUYER BEWARE!!

I purchased a pair of boots, size 10, they sent me size 11. After several emails they sent me a return label and said they'd refund after they received the boots back. Fair enough. They rec'd the boots on Oct. 21. I corresponded with them via email and they said it would take a few days to process my credit. Almost 30 days later they have not credited my card, they will not respond to my emails. I don't think they ever answer the phone. After being on hold for 20 minutes it goes to voice mail each time. Of course they have not returned my phone call. This is the worst on line transaction I have ever been in. How hard is it to credit my account. Now on to file a dispute with my credit card.
