purchased a surprise box
purchased a surprise box, the selection inside was redundant, like 2 of the same item and cheap things--box boasts $400 in value but i really can't see how any of this could amount to $400. Six items were rough duplicates--2 cheap strokers, 2 cheap wearables, 2 suction cup dildos. It was disappointing.
I added a rush to the box for roughly $5 but then had to pay express shipping to get the box on time. Why did i need to pay $5 then?
Lots of selection, but i had to go to other websites to check the reviews of toys in order to make a decision.

Terrible experience. Half of my first order was lost/stolen by Canada Post, and my parcel arrived opened. PinkCherry was supposed to resend the product, but the replacement package never arrived and was returned to them. PinkCherry never reimbursed me, even though they confirmed that they would. I will never order from this brand again.
