If I could give this minus stars I would. It’s taken me a long time to decide to sign up to a dating app. I thought I signed up for a month but they took for three. Once you pay, which is where you think things get better (they hide literally everything before you pay) you realise this is absolutely NOT a dating site which is for women, it isn’t. No matter what you put into your details, eg: looking for someone close by, the site doesn’t register this at all and you’re contacted by people not in your country. It’s a dreadful site, full of men and fake profiles. They don’t do partial refunds despite me not having properly used it for the two days I’ve been on it, they take more money before they will offer a refund, it’s dreadful all ways round. I sincerely wish I had read the reviews before making a decision to join. Not a good experience in any way.

Please do not use this site its full of African scammers using fake photos to romance scam for money they will never video chat with you they will make excuses not to video.

I realised that are serious, real & genuine members, interested to meet honest & straight forward life partners on both sexes.

Well am l alone now,my wife of 33yrs died 2yrs now it really helps to talk to someone, and maybe l will found that special lady,who knows l will keep trying.

I would give negative stars if I could. I signed up and emailed customer service in less than 24 hours after signing up. I emailed 2 more times and still have not gotten a response back about getting my money back. This app is complete crap. Not only are most of the members fake but I had to reverse image search each profile and do the companies job for them. I had turned in about 35 plus profiles in less than 5 days of using the app. The messaging part does not work properly. You have to constantly get out of it and then back in to review messages. It just scrolls weird and doesn’t go to the top. Even if you set your settings to a mile range you’re still being contacted by everyone around the world. There’s no way to make your profile private from out of state or country. Almost no one fills out their profile. You constantly have scammers contacting you. They have it set that you match because you’re female and lesbian. Apparently, that’s all it takes. This company sucks! Save your money, do not get on this app. You will completely be unsatisfied with the service and the company and the profiles. They are out of Australia so I don’t think BBB can do anything about it. Not sure.

This site was truly the worst I’ve ever seen. The age range and distance definitely did not work. I blocked 90% of the people I came across on this site. I only got to talk to absolutely crazy women. I wish this site on absolutely no one.

For me this site has been one of the worst for scammers. I’ve had multiple bad experiences.

Fake site constantly get cash fished report and the person is still on there scamming

The site is like any other dating site. You can't interact unless you pay. The women you see don't seem to be real. It's a gimmick to trick women who want to find a companion to enter their credit card number.

Nearly 100% of profiles are fake. The only ones that appear to at all be legit are those of us who took too long to figure it out.

Fake profiles, scammers, men to name a few! Beautiful young girls reaching out to older women it is absolutely ridiculous and not worth the money

I suggest everyone that is dissatisfied with this site file a complaint with the FTC as I did. I purchased a membership and quickly discovered in two days that EVERYONE on this site is fake!!! I had 45 messages in my in box and when I performed a reverse photo search they all csme back to someone else. I asked for a refund I was told because I used the site so Im not entitled to a refund. They also said they have staff working hard to make sure the site is safe and people are who they say they are. Well I beg to differ! No one on this site is vetted!!

This is an appalling dating site. It is full of fake profiles run by romance scammers trying to screw desperate women out of money. I got involved in talking to a woman and we then moved to Whatsapp but I was very wary - I'm a model and the photos this woman sent me were too curated - model photos not natural photos. Then she asked for money - my reply to her is not printable. I reported her to Whatsapp and Pink and blocked her on both. This site should be banned. Don't bother with it.

My experience on PinkCupid is horrible. I have never seen so many fake profiles in my life, and not to mention profiles that are not verified. This site is a disgrace and should be banned from the internet!! "Too many scams".

Fake profiles and scammers. 1st red flag was getting messages before even finishing setting up your profile. Then 90% of messages are from " people " in other states and I noticed duplicate pictures ( mainly of service members) there were even a few pictures that were of adult entertainers.

I thought I would give someone local a try and after chatting online we switched to WhatsApp ( which is supposed to be legit). Then it quickly turned to the money ask and when I called out the scammer they replied with a photshopped nude Pic of me ( my head and someone else's body) and demanded $700 or they would send it to my Facebook friends!

I said go ahead and promptly reported them to every agency that I could. I blame Pink Cupid for being careless and allowing people like this on the site as well as not protecting the profiles of everyone past and present!!

I saw it advertised on Facebook and thought I'd give it ago , I paid the subscription fee, took ages to set it up. Set preferences and said I'd got lots of messages , emails going of the scale saying I'd loads of likes and messages BUT THEY WAS ALL FROM ABROAD, MAINLY AMERICA. messages was AI copied. I couldn't sort this out ,CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS JUST A LIST OFF HELP TIPS, NO EMAIL,NO LIVE CHAT,NO NUMBER. I quickly cancelled my subscription but was so worried they would still take money I rang my bank up to block them. All this hassle just too meet a nice lady. It's completely put me off all dating sites. please don't listen to good reviews they will be done by them.

It's a shame of a website or shall I say scam of a website. Its supposed to be for Lesbians approx a quarter of it is men, not men in drag either. Men that keep pestering me. The profiles are fake. Last year I got romance scammed on it by a woman who had a verified profile. I thought I'd give it one more shot this year but regret paying good money. The site is not controlled or monitored properly. Take my advice don't waste your money, go to a gay bar instead at least you know the women that you meet there are real women. This site should be shut down by the TRADING STANDARDS...
