It looks and feels great, but once you're in, you soon find most women who contact you are either just in it for sex or are trying to scam you. There seem to be loads of members on Pink Cupid but, when you look at when they were last online, most are months and months ago. I feel like I've wasted a lot of money and am now trying elsewhere instead.

My friend Jewel recently signed up for this site and asked me to pay for her membership since I recommended her. I did and a few hours later I find out they think my card is fraudulent which it isn’t. Then they want me to spend my photo Id with my card in a photo which I did. I hope everything gets resolved for her cause I like most Cupid Media sites.
I should mention I’m a platinum member on LatinAmericaCupid, DominicanCupid, and VietnamCupid. I haven’t had any issues paying for memberships or my card being suspected of being fraudulent till now which is very weird.

I have had a years membership taken from my account without my consent . I was under the impression it was a £10 a month payment yet they took £119 . When I questioned this they suspended my access and would not refund the money . Fortunately I have screenshots of my communication with the customer service and the suspension.
The fraud and visa dispute team are investigating I would be very careful in handing over your card details

This site is scamming and you can tell the women on there are fake. I’m 56 put on my profile woman only 50+ and I was getting 20 something year olds in underwear and they told me they credited my account when in fact they debited it twice when I asked for a refund. They wanted me to send them my bank statement all for 25.98. Sure I’ll send scammers my bank info no problem…NOT! Instead of arguing back and forth I’m just blasting them all over social media.

Having emailed you on two occasions after a scam/fraud claim made by myself by a so called person with a profile on your website, I asked you to investigate the matter, you were clearly not interested & advised me I needed to give you their ID number which unfortunately I do not have as I came off the site soon after meeting this person, but messages were sent between us early on and there is no reason why you are unable to retrieve them, I have also sent a photo which was linked to the ID in question but you are not interested in looking in to this matter, the customer service side of the company is appalling especially in a matter like this where I have lost a considerable amount of money. No faith in you what so ever.

The site is rather old fashioned and plagued with pop ups and ads. I strongly suggest that you use the free version for a fair while before thinking about upgrading by paying cash or verifying by sending personal information to a open source. You won't be able to send messages but you will receive loads from all around the world no mater how local you set your search area in your profile. It's a site for lesbians and Bi women only not really applicable if you consider yourself anything else. The Match searching is hopeless as upgraded members take priority over location in searches. On the plus side the upgraded instant messaging has a great translation feature and once activated the features like 'I'm busy' remain even if you later downgrade back to the standard account. There are lots genuine women on there but you have to fight the search algorithm to find them. Also don't use the 'plastic' auto messaging, the messages are lame and nobody ever responds probably because standard accounts can't read them due to the four character message limit. Rather pointless really. Pink cupid, like all the Cupid Media sites, is a niche dating site which needs to respond to the changing composition of niches and is long overdue for an update. Quaint but rather limited in its present form

Great site, great dates but unusable due to terrible tech support. I tried to login only to find my account had been suspended apparently because it was a duplicate (It wasn't). I raised a ticket asking for reactivation then nothing for ages. Later I received an email in the middle of the night saying the account had been reactivated but when I tried to login in the morning it hadn't. I really suggest you DO NOT upgrade your account as money will be taken and access denied. Support is via phone line in Australia, only available in the middle of the night. I would also be very careful about sending pictures of photo ID.

Be careful of this site a lot of the women on their are fake and not real. Feels like abit of a scam.

Loved this site! Dated a few women mostly from other countries but then I met my perfect match in 2012 she lived 110 miles from me! We dated for 4 years then married and are forever grateful for this website. Yes it had its difficulties and definitely frustrating at times but all is worth it in the end. Joined a few days ago. I’ve verified over 3 times now but still issues with my membership. Pinkcupid has blocked me yet they’ve taken the money from my account. They keep asking me to verify my ID and I keep verifying it yet nothing. No feedback to say what is specifically wrong with my ID just them asking for the same thing over and over again. Feels like I’ve been ripped off.

Tried to delete 'profile' but its asks for my password, since I didn't create an account I can't delete it! And you have to log in to contact their customer service, extremely concerned about my data!
