Delivery taking long enough, and I've got a leaflet saying that i need to collect it myself. First time in my life, useless service and useless royal mail! Not happy at all because still didn't receive anything... Not sure for What I've paid!

Thank you for your feedback. Your item was despatched on the first working day following your order by Royal Mail. I understand the Royal Mail attempted to deliver the item to you on Thursday 2 May but there was nobody at home to accept the delivery. It is normal for the Royal Mail to hold the item at your nearest sorting office for your collection, unless you contact them to arrange a new delivery date. Unfortunately these circumstances are beyond our control.
Wow!!! What a company!!!
Firstly before I had even placed an order the staff were so helpful and very attentive, they answered all my queries and let me know of the offer they had on!
Then payday came and I managed to get so much for such a small amount, once again staff sorted my postage issue out and were amazing! Later that day (only about an hour or so) I received a message of the lady to let me know my order had been dispatched so I was like wow!
My order arrived super super fast and the products are fantastic! Have and will continue to recommend and I will definitely be returning each month!!!
