I’m really sorry they have not removed the bad reviews.
Maybe when they started things were not so good, but I’m not the same as I was five years ago and from my experience, they have grown into a wonderful company. I ordered the metal cups and they are beautiful. Try again. Debbie

Do NOT buy from this company. They promise a full refund if you are not satisfied and only refund HALF OF WHAT YOU PAID. RUN.....

Absolute Scam. It shows everything is "on sale". But the original price is outrageously inflated. For example, the engraved tumblers do not retail for $50+. You can find them on etsy for $20-35.(for example: EngraveMyMemories and OnlyGiftsdotcom are shops that I have purchased the exact same tumblers from and much cheaper. Plus, the engraving is low quality. The stainless steel should not be a dark matte gray. There is a cleaner that removes the residue and reveals a shiny stainless steel. Also, up to 4 weeks to recieve the product? Get real. I got mine within 2 days on etsy. These take 5 minutes to make. This company is a joke. Do your research before you buy!

This vendor is dishonest. Last January I returned an item as originally received and they refused to refund my money (almost $500.00). I disputed the charge through my credit card and proved things were as I stated. They refunded my money only to put the charge back on my credit card after having received the intact item back.

I bought an item and all it gave was an order number. No tracking or any way to call them. Pretty sure I have been scammed. I would not recommend wasting your money

Ordered product. Received email it shipped. Then got notice from the company the product was out of stock. How did you ship if it was out of stock??? They print shipping labels before product is ready to ship!!!!

I ordered a necklace 2 weeks ago. Haven’t received any information on shipping item? I’m beginning to get concerned that I spent money for nothing 😬

I ordered a bracelet a month ago. Only thing I’ve received is confirmation of my order. I’ve emailed them asking how long does it take for an order to be shipped. No answer from them, I can’t login. Hit forgot password nothing comes to my email. Even though I have the email confirming my account registration. They just emailed me and confirmed my order is being shipped. Thank you

I was skeptical at first since the prices were so affordable, but the quality and the variety of choices, cannot be beat. Not to mention, some of the purchase price goes to breast cancer patients. Super fast delivery and personalized items make for a great match. Trish was super friendly and responsive to inquiries. A+ thank you for being a great source for personalized things.
