The Pink Gorilla Collective is a calm, practical and slightly joyful corner of the internet for small business owners who are tired of trying to figure everything out on their own. It was created by Steph Briggs and Zoe Pocock, two women who have been there, done it, learned the lessons and kept going. They both understand what it really takes to build a business alongside family, life, children, school runs, bills, unexpected chaos and approximately 1003 other things competing for your attention. In other words, they know what it feels like to spin all the plates while trying to build something that actually works. Inside the Collective, we help members simplify the messy middle of running a business. Websites, SEO, social media, content, visibility, email marketing, pricing, planning, confidence, systems and all the other bits nobody warned you about when you first decided to work for yourself. This is not a hype-filled membership full of noise, pressure and “just post more” advice. Absolutely not. Pink Gorilla Collective is built around steady progress, honest conversations and practical action. Members get live sessions, expert guidance, website and SEO support, social media strategy, co-working, accountability and a supportive community of business owners who genuinely understand what it feels like to be doing a lot, often all at once. Our aim is simple. We help small business owners feel clearer, calmer and more confident about what to do next. No posturing. No pretending business is easy. No making people feel behind. Just proper support, useful advice, good people and the occasional gentle nudge to stop overthinking and take the next step.

Absolute Game Changer

I'm honestly so glad I joined The Collective. As a massive over thinker it's really helped me to stream line my thoughts and get on with what I love, creating art. I feel part of a little community that will give me honest feedback if I want it. I'm now posting my journey regularly on social media and would next have dreamt I would have got this far so quickly.

I especially love the Sunday roast which is a weekly accountability session. You turn up if you want to, chat through the last week and pencil in a plan for the next. It's so helpful for getting ideas or direction, especially when you are feeling a bit stuck or not sure which direction to go in.

At first I was daunted by the other members who seemed so impressive with their up and running businesses and social media accounts. But it's nothing to worry about, everyone is so friendly and supportive. I was pretty much starting from scratch and I'm pleased with how much progress I've made in such a short time.

The Collective is brilliant because if life gets in the way one week and you can't attend the online sessions it's not a problem, just pick it up when you can.

Steph and Zoe are so approachable and go out of their way to help. Between them they have tons of advice and knowledge to share. If you need some clarity and focus join The Pink Gorilla Collective, it's been an absolute game changer for me.

Honest and clear

Honest, personal and cut the crap approach to wading through the plethora of Instagram approaches. But also general marketing from basics that are often forgotten to more complicated approaches. The team are clear and realistic in tasks, ideas and what works.

Having the group helps chat over struggles for independent businesses with the mix of people, types and experiences all helping each other.

The regular, informal sessions help keep momentum but aren’t done in a way that makes you feel under pressure.

It’s been a really good kick start to re establishing social media, business focus and direction. Looking forward to taking it to the next level.

This saved me 🙏

This saved me 🙏 I have worked with Zoe for a while for my social media but having both Steph and Zoe together helping with everything from website, marketing and of course the ever changing social media platforms was amazing. If you have fixed monthly costs for a business then this should be one of them. You will not get this kind of service anywhere else. The best value for money ever spent.
