I ordered through Pinklay after seeing an advertisement on social media and not really paying much attention to the return policy. The clothing arrived smelling like vomit. I kept one item, and the smell came out. For the other two items, the sizing was weird and they looked like pajamas. There are no prepaid labels for returns, so the shipment to India cost $45. They won’t refund orders, just a store credit. So basically I just paid an extra $45 and have a store credit for way too much money that I will never use. Generally, would not recommend ordering from somewhere that, 1) does not refund items, and 2) does not have prepaid shipping labels. Hopefully you can learn from my mistake of not reading the return policy more closely…
