Hi there,
I need a return address for this company to be bale to get my money refund! Nobody responses on my emails so far.
All Items I ordered where totally different from pictures and nothin like the product shown, also 1 item never got delivered!.
Please help as it was a lot of money.

Bad bad bad!! Don't buy from them! Just a bunch of thiefs!! I placed an order in August for a dress that was in stock and couple of days after they sent me an email saying the dress was victim of its success and I needed to wait a couple of weeks to receive it. November now I still haven't received anything. I wrote emails to them asking for a refund, they told me the refund could take time, fake excuses for then sending me an other email to say that I wasn't entitled to a refund but I could have an exchange!! Horrible service! I won't give up until I get my money back!!

Bought dresses from the website. It took over a month of the dresses to arrive - it was fine, but a bit of a hassle because I did want to cancel my purchase but I couldn't do it. When the dresses arrived, they were poor quality and so I sent it back for a refund. I ordered the dresses in June/ July. It is now November 2018 and I've still not received my refund. I hear a lot of excuses and it's clear that they have no intention of paying me back. It's really frustrating and also pretty sad that a company would do this to consumers.

Horrible treatment!
Don't buy anything from this website. Bought a dress 5 months ago, never received it. Wrote so many emails to them for a refund, they kept making up excuses. Finally made a complaint at Paypal and wrote an email to them and threatened them. The next day they refunded the money.
They do this on purpose in hopes that you forget about it or get tired of chasing them.
Don't buy from them, don't recommend it.

Unprofessional site, I have paid for a dress since 3months I have not received the order and they did not refund me the amount... And still waiting! My advice to you is don't even think to buy anything from this site!!!!

Very happy with the order, delivery fast, wonderful skirt got from this company. Has gone through the wash, not faded. If someone is long, you can easily cut yourself. Will actually come back here to order more product. Same as shown in the photo and description ! Feel of marvel, very nice.

I returned the horrible cheap quality dresses I ordered and they confirmed they were received and I would get a refund. It’s been 4 months and no refund!! I email constantly to ask and they just keep saying sorry they are “trying”. It’s total crap and now I’m thinking it’s all a scam.

It was an outstanding experience buy from pinksia. When I put on the dress, it really fits me well. The price of dresses here is affordable, timely delivery. There are lots of sites out there but pinksia is totally different the customer service are always available to help you ..their products are of the best quality.

Best Clothing Brand. I bought this robe for my wife because she is always cold in the mornings and night and she absolutely loves it! Looks and feels like you could only get through a 5-star spa stay! She says that it is very comfortable and warm and also makes her feel like a millionaire! If you are looking for a robe, this is a must buy!

Wow! I wish other sellers can provide good service like you do. I made my order about a month ago and was a bit, I contacted the support team and I got some help and was made aware that they were restocking one item that was missing from the list and that I would get my shipment delivered. Today, I got my package from the postal service and I must say the clothes are exemplary of high quality!! I think what I like most about this store is the compromise and dedication of its workers. I will definitely keep buying here, as in addition to the good service I have received all my orders at the expected time. Best of all is that the answers are quick and directed to help, super recommended on my part. It was an honour shopping from here.The dress fits me well. And price is also okay. I get my product delivery also in time. So, I like them for these and many other reasons very much. There are many online sites these days which makes it really ivery difficult to find a good one to deliver excellent services. But Pinksia is an online shop with a difference. Their products are great in quality and design.

TOTAL SCAM!
I ordered 4 items before I was going to a wedding. None of the items came before the wedding, even though I paid for expedited shipping.
Then, when I followed up, after the wedding, the company wrote back "due to high demand for 1 item, they held the shipment". Then, nothing ever came. I have emailed 5 times, only receiving a response 1 time. The response said expect a refund within 25 days. It has now been 4 months since the order that I paid expedited shipping for, and I have no clothes, no refund, and no reply from the company.
SCAM!

I wanted to surprise my kid sister at college on her 18th birthday so I contacted Bellalike to ship her some gift item, I knew I could trust their service because this wasn't the first time I had made use of their satisfactory service. I got an excited call from my baby sister asking where I got the items, she was so happy as they were her perfect size and taste as is selective on what she puts on, again I will good job guys you are the best.

They sell lovely items especially for women at quite a reasonable price. I bought several dressed for less than 200$ and if you ask me, the price was quite good as compared to the quality of item of products I got. I think they should cost more than I bought them for from this store and this is what makes pinkisia standout from the rest of the companies trying to imitate delivery of these e-commerce service. Great services right here!!

Wow, this company has made it very possible to obtain quality products at the comfort of our homes. I am very happy with the kind of customer I received from one Vivian from from the company when my tracking number delayed.
