I have ordered a skip from this company…

I have ordered a skip from this company and twice recently they have missed the both appointment date where I booked labourer in to fill the skips. I recieved a text confirming it will come therefore I called on the day when it was suppose to arrive around 4pm and a lady picked up the phone and said will get back to you.
As normal no one calls back. No one keep you informed. 2 days later i called again and a guy picks up and said it was deliver the day after. I said where was the phone call, then the excuses start coming it wasnt me answer you call and I dont know nothing about it. I complaint and said I needed to know as people will fill the skip up and is not right your company came days late and my stuff wont get in the skip. The guy said no problem we will pick your skip up. I said fair enough I will go check there if it was filled you can pick it up. Know and be hold the tip was half full and I called back on satursday the guy said no problem we will take it on monday and give you a call. Ok I said and I want to prove to him I was serious and if he can take it and bring 1 back so I can have my rubbish remove too. To show him those rubbish wasnt mine. However he didnt understand and said he wont me giving me a skip again. Anyway fair enough, he didnt apoligise for not callling and turn up as they wish and customer is losing out booking in labourers and they dont understand they have been wrong and said he cant be picking up skips and making no money. Anyway 4pm today monday I called, another lady pick up the phone and i said i didnt get a call for the pick up and she start shouting down the phone asking for payment. I said no, she didnt listen to the complaint and accuse me not paying the bill. Was never asked to pay the bill, I paid them 4-5 skips previously and had no problems. She even said they are not charity lol. Yes and I didnt order the skip for the neighbours either. Because they have zero customers service skills ar all, a simple phone call to ask for payment or a simple phone call to say we struggle to come and can we rearrange. No nothing nada. The staff there is rude. If i m the director i sack all of them.

Due to their bad services I wont be using them again ever. They keep using excuses all the staff as different people pick up the phone all the time.

Be warned, as I am not paying them, they probably going to unload the rubbish on my drive. I will be taking pictures to update you, so if you want to get more rubbish than before your evem start ordering a skip, call this company. Good luck.

Absolute joke

Absolute joke. Ordered a 6 yard skip and paid £220. Waited all day for 2 days before it came. Called them many times the day it was due and was told it was on its way or they were just waiting for the driver to contact them and would call me back but never did. It was only filled 3/4 full. Woke up this morning to a driver loading it back onto the truck. We were told we had it for 5 working days. We asked what was going on and were told they had recieved a call yesterday from a lady saying it was full and said it was from my partners phone number. The call was never made. SHOCKiNG CUSTOMER SERVICE. NEVER USING THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!!!!

Never again

These were my go to, until the driver damaged my gate and took it off, the company refused to rectify. I have an autistic son who is unable to play outside in our front garden due to this. It has been extremely detrimental to our mental health. They ignored numerous communication attempts. I even mentioned it to them when the picked up the skip a they told me someone would be in contact. This never happened
We used this company numerous as we like to get a skip every 6 months or so. Now we no longer use them.

Awful experience

Awful
They are not helpful in any way it’s just about the money and no customer care whatsoever
Skip didn’t arrive until later in the day on the day ordered and person on the phone not interested in assisting at all !!
Continuous robotic answers as if following a script
Wanted collecting earlier than the 5 days not interested in helping - informed basically no will only get on day 5
Terrible customer care whatsoever - extremely rude staff
Avoid at all costs !!

Don't use

Dropped skip off and was told will be collected in 5 days I used there contact us section on there website to say it was ready for collection and that my disabled wife needed it gone as it was affecting her mobility as she was struggling to get to the car as it was now at the end of the driveway.
No answer 3 days later so rang them and was told in collection for that day , no one came rang the next day got told it's on for that day still no one came and now it's weekend so will have to try again on Monday which is 5 days after the original collection date , and had to rebook my guys who ment to be doing small repairs on the the driveway on Monday as a skip is still on there.

Dont use them.

Dont use them.
Took the money and didnt deliver on time.
It took numerous phone calls to get them deliver, even when they delivered, it was not the time they promised and said the driver is stuck in traffic.
I live only 10 minutes away from them.
The receptionist is very rude and mis behaves.
Regret to book with them.
Go to United skip hire , they are cheaper as well and better service.

Don’t use them

Don’t use them
They say you can keep a skip for 4 weeks then if they’re busy they’ll just collect it when you’re not there, irrespective of whether you’re finished with it.

Vile driver

Neighbour used them, so.not even me, however the driver was rude and obnoxious, assumed as I was home during the day that I have no.job, got in my neighbours face to shout at him and the office don't care!!! They have blocked my number which shows their maturity and customer service!!!!!

Sadly did not check trust pilot reviews prior to ordering, wish I had! Terrible service, ordered and paid for 5 days came after 2 and removed the skip without my knowledge! Wasn't even full! Must be because of demand over nice weekend! Refused to bring back, unless I paid again, kept referring me to clause 13 on the back of paperwork which says they can collect anytime they like! PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY

Totally dissatisfied with the customer…

Totally dissatisfied with the customer service provided by this terrible company and it employees.

The staff are rude and arrogant and need further training in how to manage misunderstandings. I will not be recommending this company to anyone moving forward.

Excellent service

Chose Pink Skips as their price was very competitive. It was delivered on time. Driver was polite and very professional. Requested earlier pickup as I had no longer need to have the skip on my drive. It was collected on the day I requested at 7.00am. Would I use Pink Skips again? Definitely.

Terrible skip company

This company shouldn’t be doing skips they are by far the worst around they continuously lie especially grace she is a born liar she is terrible on the phone is alone costs the company money god knows how much over the years, just a awful company all round PLEASE DO NOT USE YOU WILL REGRET IT, There are a lot better companies out there

Stay away from this company

Stay away from this company , they damaged my car when collecting a skip , when I called them to complain they were incredibly rude and said the manager would call me back , they never called me back and blocked me . Incredible unprofessional, AVOID AVOID !!! 😡

AVOID! AVOID !

ordered skip for 2 to 3 weeks. skip was half full in the the first week, driver came early saturday morning undid my fencing and took the skip. they say they dont work weekends ?
Rang on monday and they said its only 7 day hire,complete lie.
Avoid this outfit.

Did not deliver.

I gave a one star because there isn’t a no-star. I booked a skip on the 4th March for the 15th March. They didn’t deliver. I was told they had no record of this. I was asked if I’d rung the correct pink skips( yes because the record of this is in my phone). I was told it would be the person’s word against mine as to whether I did indeed book one. Apalling service
