Sadaf and her team organised such an elegant and magical 3rd birthday party for my daughter, with bespoke Disney Princess table decorations - lunchboxes - cake, the best Elsa impersonator I’ve come across, and a beautiful build-a-bear table. The children were mesmerised. Sadaf was so easy to deal with; I didn’t even visit on the day to check on the set-up as she so clearly had it in hand. Highly recommend.

A Magical Birthday Celebration with Pinky Promise London! 🎉🎨

I just had to share my wonderful experience with Pinky Promise London for my little girl's birthday party! 🌟 This was my third time having them host a celebration for my children, and once again, they exceeded all my expectations.

Sadaf, our host, was nothing short of professional and incredibly attentive. She made the entire process seamless, allowing me to relax and enjoy the day without worrying about a thing. It was such a relief to know that my child's special day was in such capable hands!

This year, we opted for an art-themed party instead of their fabulous slime party, and it was an absolute hit! The kids had a blast unleashing their creativity, and it was heartwarming to see their smiles as they created their masterpieces.

Thank you, Pinky Promise London, for making my daughter's dream birthday party a reality! I can't recommend them enough for anyone looking to create unforgettable memories for their little ones. Here’s to many more celebrations together! 🎈💖

Sadaf and the team at Pinky Promise were fab - she was incredibly sweet with the children and the whole experience, from planning to set up and close down, was seamless and brilliantly executed. Sadaf is a pro and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to host an amazing party for little ones!

My daughter really enjoyed her craft day with Pinky Promise! There was a lot of choice of materials, the set up was so carefully considered too and they were all so engrossed with their project, I was worried they were too quiet! Really lovely. Thank you Sadaf.

Experience was clearly laid out in email and good communication, on the day I was called and hosts arrived on time for their prep. My daughter and her friends aged 8 and 9 years loved the spa pamper party and making their own face masks, nail polish and glitter tattoos and having a truly glam experience with comfy cushions and gorgeous robes! They loved designing their own pencil cases and going glittertastic with designs! Hosts cleaned up and the girls really enjoyed the time with them! Thank you !!

Great experience with Pinky Promise and Sadaf .
They were really professional from the booking request until the party .
The set up and the party went so smoothly we could sit back and relax , totally stress free , one of the first time we actually got to enjoy our kid’s party as we knew we could rely on Sadaf .
Also I have to say Sadaf was so nice and patient .
The children all had a great time .

If you’re having an event and thinking to book this company, don’t do it. The value for money, service and attitude to smaller event paying customers is absolutely horrendous. I was ignored for weeks and on the day itself, no effort to provide the full service was made. My complaint email and texts were ignored for months and after that, SADAF SADAT blamed me for the event not going the way I wanted and offered £20. She charged me £420 for a rubbish event, she didn’t entertain anyone, left after 40 minutes and then blocked me on social media after I left an honest review. I’m actually so shocked at how she is operating.

The reply below is appalling and once again a total fabrication. I did give you a chance to tell me in the morning, but you said you don’t reply to messages on the day. You’re literally blaming me for the rain and saying that I should have done more! I texted and called you so many times but you weren’t interested and now you’ve blocked me on Facebook as well.

Kids were so entertained with the Pinky Promise staff members providing personal hand to each of them. kids were so proud of their creation. Staff also helped me to look after my guests. Very Patient + Professional

Absolutely love everything about Pinky Promise London. The children had so much fun during the Build a Teddy Bear Party! The set up looked beautiful, the hosts were delightful and everybody had something positive to say. We’ll be using Pinky Promise London for all our children’s events, they were spectacular! Our daughter had a Spa-Tacular Party with Pinky Promise London for her 6th birthday. Sadaf and Frista arrived on time and prepared the room beautifully before the guests arrived. The girls absolutely loved the party and had the best time being pampered! I would highly recommend!

Pinky promise just provided my 7 year old girl with a beautiful arts and crafts party! It could not have been prettier! The attention to detail was everywhere! Sadaf was brilliant to deal with from start to finish. Very clear and extremely lovely. Had face painter for my daughters 5th birthday! The artist couldn’t have been nicer. She was on time and the communication prior to the event was clear and concise! I will defo book again!

Booked an arts and crafts party for my 8 year old. Sadaf was punctual and set everything up beautifully. The girls had a brilliant time and enjoyed the range of craft activities and materials. I would happily book Pinky promise party's again.

I cannot emphasise enough how delighted I was with Sadaf and the Pinky Promise party she ran for my daughter. Firstly she was responsive and charming throughout the planning process. Then when half of our boxes didn't arrive due to a Parcelforce error, she drove all the way to Suffolk (!) to drop the rest of the boxes off the night before the party. What an absolute superstar. She also ran such a sweet donut decorating party for us...I have had so much positive feedback from parents. To be honest it is tough missing a second party in lockdown but this made it all so much better. Thank you Sadaf 😊💓

Excellent virtual party for my son's 11th birthday. Sadaf was friendly and went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend and will be looking to book again for my daughters birthdays later in the year. Thank you

What a brilliant party! Pinky promise hosted my daughter’s 10th virtual birthday party, she and her friends had a really great time. The booking process was quick and easy and Sadaf was just lovely. Would highly recommend.

We did the build a bear zoom birthday for my daughter's 8th birthday in January during lockdown and she loved it, as did all her friends. They had a lot of fun, cant recommend them highly enough.

I contacted Pinky Promise to help me organise a birthday party for my daughter during lockdown. We chose to have a Build-a-Bear themed party via Zoom, and it was lovely! Sadaf was great to work with, from the first time I contacted her, and we were able to work out all the logistics, even with the lockdown restrictions. When we had a small complaint, she immediately apologised and offered to replace the items. She went above and beyond, and I'm glad to say that my daughter and her friends had a lovely party! The toys were very good quality too, and a nice keepsake for them, which is great.
