Beware! They manipulate the match scores and odds. Delay these odds and still allows you to bet. Very misleading you have to wager your deposit X3 and I'm not talking a bonus. They make it difficult to use live chat and in the live chat any issue you have they will tell u speak via email. Fairly fast cashout but it is hard to win on the books when they freeze the match score whether it's basketball or soccer soon as your bet is placed. I had to go on bet365 to see the live feed. Even after refreshing and changing browser it will stay frozen. And LASTLY NO CASHOUT OPTION. 0 on any bets they claim to be around for 25 years and is far behind don't fall for those marketing site putting this in top ten. Run If it wasn't for my experience I wouldn't lost my entire wager or gave up. They also charge a fee for every withdrawal. Literally anything to take money away from us. Stay away. They are currently investigating the incorrect match data ony end. Screen record the moment u place your bet and keep documentation. Class action suit pending

Pinnacle posted an incorrect score of a tennis match and odds that match the incorrect score. Me trusting that it was correct, placed a bet on the match. It said rejected (in red), which I then expected the funds to be returned to my account, but instead it accepted the bet at the true odds from the real score without asking me if I would accept these new odds. It put my money on a wager that was hugely disadvantageous to me. I contacted them to review it and refund my bet as it was rejected, and if it wasn't going to be rejected although it said it was then they needed to ask me to approve the true and current odds as I made sure that the option in my settings was checked to always need approval for new odds. They emailed back saying taking the bets is up to their discretion and ignored me afterward.
Pinnacle can be a fraudulent company at times.

The company is an arrogant cloud which shows the worst treats of human studity.

This is not one of the best but it is the best bookmaker.

Everything is easy with pinnacle, deposits/withdrawals and they also have the best odds.

I think they are legit but they have some major problems.

1) Because I live near the US border they continuously block my account even though I'm logging in from Canada.

2) The rollover limits are really high. You have to bet your money 3x before you can pull it out.

3) Support can take several days to get back to you. Bank documents have to be uploaded regularly.

Bad odds and terrible withdrawal requirements and rollover requirements. Do not use this site ever

Verification is a pain, i still haven't got my account verify, you can't close bets and the worst part? If you want to witdraw you need to bet your entire deposit 3 times before being able to withdraw it.

I can't get verified for a month! This is a re-verification, I have not withdrawn money for several years. I have an account for about 5 years. They requested documents for verification, which I duly submitted and which met their criteria. These are official documents that contain the registration address, first name, last name.
Has provided:
1. Foreign passport
2. bank statement in Ukrainian and English,
3. state registration document,
4. Utility payments.
I asked them to point out the problem, but they kept giving the same automatic answer, upload other documents, but there can't be others! it is a travesty! They have my money, there is nothing I can do! help me

Never had such problems with verification process anywhere and I have went through it like 1000 times in my life, all successful. Now here I'm a bit desperate. I have provided them with 5 different proofs of address 100% legit by their own standards all of them but still not enough.. Really don't know if they just want to take customers money or what..

Worst gambling site to ever exist. I made a deposit on March 22nd and it still didn't get credited. I sent them every proof possible and they keep delaying me by saying "It's being reviewed by our relevant department" and basically never getting back to me.

Simply horrible experience with Pinnacle. They demanded verification documents that I duly submitted, which met their criteria. But they kept declining the same giving vague reasons. I asked them to specify the issue but they kept giving the same automated answer. To think they were once so reputed. Huge fall.

They are doing everything to avoid withdrawals. Dont use, there is better options available. Also the software is worst that I have ever seen.
