We engaged Pinnacle to re-do our website and to help us with ongoing SEO. I cannot praise them enough. Jacob was fantastic in building the site and Richard is superb on our ongoing SEO support. They have transformed our website from something very average into something that works extremely well for us.

Richard & Jacob did an excellent job creating our newly improved website, which was a true reflection of everything we imagined the improved website to be. It's current, modern, and easy to use both for the customer but also back end for us to manage. Both Richard & Jacob were efficient and always on the other end of an email or phone to make sure the website was as we wanted it to be. Richard is now working with us on the sites SEO.

As a small business owner I was worried about paying someone for seo. I spoke to Richard over the phone and he was the 6th company I had spoke to. After 15 minutes I felt like he really knew what he was talking about and to my relief I was right! The company I was going to go with where half the price and said it would take 8 months where as Richard said about 4. So I realised for my products to get to page 1 I am paying the same price just over half the time the other company stated. To my surprise as we went in to our 3rd month we where already page 1!
