We would like to say a big thank you to Pinnacle Learning, especially my son’s tutor Flynn, for the incredible support they provided during his maths resit. Maths had always been a difficult subject for my son, and after not passing the first time, his confidence was very low.
Flynn was patient, supportive, and explained everything clearly, making maths much easier for my son to understand. He focused on the areas my son struggled with most and helped build both his skills and confidence.
Thanks to Flynn’s dedication and the excellent support from Pinnacle Learning, my son successfully passed his maths resit. We are extremely grateful and would highly recommend Pinnacle Learning to anyone looking for effective and encouraging maths tuition.

we chose Lillie as she could "get" my son who is autistic with a mix of everything else. Michael came away from his sessions far more confident. This alone was amazing, thank you lillie. we shall await his exam results in january.

Both of my kids have had great success with Pinnacle tutors.
Adam helped my daughter get As for Biology Nat 5 & Higher.
With Flynn’s help my son got As for his Nat 5 Maths & Physics.

My daughter was currently on a grade 3 in her last mock maths paper. I decided to get her a online tutor to help help her to get a pass grade (4) in her GCSE exam.
She achieved this after just 6 online sessions with Lillie, who was super supportive, calm and always there to help if she had any questions after each session had ended.

My daughter said without Lillie's tutoring she doesn't think she would have got the 4 she needed to pass her GCSE maths. She gained so much confidence from the sessions and started to believe in herself.

My grandson increased his grade in gcse English from 3 to 6

He was also studying at 6th form college but lacked confidence or enthusiasm. I believe a weekly session with Naomi and the Easter course made a big difference to his result

It was quick and easy to arrange (and rearrange) sessions through the accessible, helpful and friendly office staff

My only criticism is I didn’t enjoy the weird online communication platform and found it difficult to get feedback but that might be because I’m a grandma

My granddaughter was struggling in maths, and whilst maths is never going to be her strongest area, and it didn't help that the math's teacher at her school was constantly getting it wrong, receiving support from Lilly, was the best gift I could have my granddaughter. As she has passed all her GCSEs including maths. Thank you Lilly - you made it make sense and for that we will always be grateful.

My daughter worked with Pinnacle for one hour a week for just under 6 months and her English grade improved from a 3 to a 5.
The team were accommodating in the run up to exams in allowing lessons to be booked the night before each exam which really helped. They also offered additional optional holiday sessions which were a great booster.
There are more cost effective options out there but you pay for what you get. Proven results that open doors to the next chapters.

We needed maths and science tutoring for my grandson, he was trending to 2/3. He needs 4 to get onto the college course. We used Flynn and had about 10 sessions.
Flynn was excellent and really made a difference to his confidence and approach to his exams. Easy to schedule sessions, great feedback on his progress and the platform is easy to use. Highly recommend. Many thanks.

I thoroughly recommend Pinnacle. I contacted them approximately 6 weeks before exams as my son was struggling to achieve the required pass in practice exams at school. The specialist I spoke with recommended Flynn who is a mathematical whizz with a proven history of quickly improving grades. Flynn has been an excellent tutor match for my son. His ability to break down complicated equations and mathematical processes into easy to understand stages made a huge difference in my son’s mathematical confidence and assessment grades at school. His teacher noticed a difference in his grades within 2 sessions of tutoring.
Pinnacles session booking process is simple to use. The MS Teams based platform for the tutoring is easy to use & really convenient. Tutoring sessions are recorded, which is great for quick recaps before next session, plus as exam prep.

My year 11 daughter had very low confidence in her exam subjects, especially maths. She also suffers with extreme anxiety. However, with the help of Lillie her confidence built not just with her maths but carried across all her other exams as well. She now feels happy with how she has done and is not stressing whilst awaiting her exam results. Lillie was kind and understanding of Erin’s situation and really has made the most amazing difference. We chose Naomi and Angeline for our daughter's tuition. Very clear communication from the start, the staff are so helpful and the tutors have boosted my daughters confidence massively, she has a general enjoyment for learning now. I can't thank Pinnacle enough, she is now predicted grade 8's from grade 4's. We will return for my daughter's A-levels.

Had a short amount of time until my GCSEs and managed to learn a lot in that time because of the tutoring, I especially improved on my English and history as I didn’t know much when I started and now I’m a lot more confident with them! My English tutor is an icon as well

We had Lillie as a maths tutor for my daughter. She made learning fun and my daughter actually enjoyed the extra tuition which

I cannot recommend the team at Pinacle enough. My daughter hated maths and was struggling to get a pass in her GCSE’s. Her tutor Lilly was excellent at understanding her weaknesses and made the sessions fun and engaging. My daughter now goes into her exams full of confidence and well prepared. She learnt more in 2 months via Pinacle than 5 years at school. Thanks for all your help Lilly!!

Very helpful and clear communication. Tutors were knowledgeable and took the time to make my son comfortable in lessons so that the experience was enjoyable and a suitable environment to learn
