DO NOT BUYFROM THIS COMPANY ..bought a cooker from them on the 4th of November. I'm still waiting for a refund.no useful contact can't get in touch with them as there's no phone number.so I looked online and found out it's not a real shop at all just a unit on an industrial estate so not a shop at all .the staff are just ignorant.so if you do make a big mistake and buy from these scammers repot them to your bank straight away and get your cash back that way.they will not give you your money back..I will leave a very negative review every week from now on .

Advertised 479pcs of a part in their stock, took money from credit after ordering and three days later advised they only had 6pcs. When asked for an explanation, they refused to provide one and refused to sell even the 6pcs to us.

This is a scamm or going bust website. I bought a backpack from them 1 month ago. After waiting for two weeks, I emailed them and they replied they had an "internet outage". After another two weeks I emailed them again and they said "payment provider prevent them from issuing refunds"
I will initiate a chargeback through my credit card supplier, had enough of excuses

Delivery went just as expected. No drama’s what so ever. Very well packaged & arrived within a couple of days. Well pleased with my purchase. 👍👍👍

No phone number, no reply my email. We payed extra 19.99gbp for express delivery, they promised 1-2 working days to deliver and after 1 month we didnt receive our order. Now we are trying to get our money back.

I have ordered a 64GB RAM kit and I waited 5 out of the 5-7 days for delivery before sending an email to ask about the delivery and any foreseeable issues (Saturday).
Although I didn't get an email reply, I received a notification on the 6th working day that a tracking number was issued. On the 7th working day I had my RAM delivered to me and this was within the 5-7 working days delivery window.
Even though I was kinda worries about delays in delivery or stock issues with these type of RAMs especially, all went well. I would have liked to have a reply within 1 working day on my email, but I can't complain much since I got what I ordered. Hopefully the RAM works great, with no issue.+

Great service and lovely behaves

Terrible company to deal with, ordered some printers and after weeks of excuses they finally arrived with german power cords so i had to buy my own on amazon. Awful customer service as well they just stopped replying

I spent nearly £200 on a high capacity memory card with this company. It has been at least 3 weeks since I placed my order and there is no sign of my item - and no sign of any refund despite requesting this multiple times. They have effectively stolen my money. Avoid this company like the plague.

Awful experience so far with still no end in site. Ordered an item showing in stock with 5 day delivery beginning of October, 2 week later contacted customer support via email and got a short blunt reply stating I’d have the item by the weekend. Still nothing 12 days later, emailed to cancel the order a week ago and been ghosted.
Company has no contact number for customer services so currently going for a refund claim via credit card company.

I'm leaving a one star review due to the appalling service and even worse customer service my father, Brian Andrews has received. He ordered a cooker on 4th November. Paid for guaranteed 2 day delivery and it's now the 10th and still no cooker received. Been trying to speak to someone to cancel order for days now but nobody responds until a negative review has been left. And even this is lies. I edited my father's original review to add that the response we got to the review was lies and still have heard nothing. We've sent multiple correspondence and have had no responses and he still has not received a full refund. This will be escalated to citizens advice consumer service and trading standards if this is not sorted asap

I have ordered an item on the 19th Oct so after 19 days and numerous emails some or most with no replies I still don't have the product ordered. No contact number??? I have emailed AGAIN today and will contact the bank for further information.

Tried to buy a harddrive which stated over 600 in stock at the time ... never sent me any tracking email ....waited .... still no email .... they never sent the item out ....then ghosted when i asked for my money back .... had to go through the bank to start a claim before they paid any attention.... horrific ..avoid!!

A slight delay in sending item due to a backlog of orders, the same with comms. Overall service very good.

Took 14 days including weekends to arrive (said order was 'processing' for the first 10 days). Never received any delivery info until the day before. Support was greatly unhelpful.

Product did eventually arrive and was £10 cheaper than Amazon.

I would rate them zero if possible. Ordered equipment for over £4,000.00 which they took my money for to be delivered within 2 days. Over 1 week later and copious emails they haven't processed the order, not responded. I asked to cancel the order and to have a full refund many times also, to which they haven't replied. It appears I will have to escalate things further to get some sort of customer service and get money back. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Items arrived within the agreed timeframe and as described.

I have ordered a product without creating an account prior to that, so was difficult to find my order.
I have then contacted the support team and the help came straight away.
After two working days, the product was nicely delivered.
