Applied, ignored.
Our Shopify business applied for a Merchant account with Pinwheelpay. After spending an hour completing their application process, which involved sharing huge amounts of personal and business information, they completely ignored the application. That was 11 days ago, with a request for response after 7 days, which was also ignored. Their website waves all the right flags, but our experience does not support that glossy grandstanding.
