I am compelled to address several serious issues regarding the management and conduct within the club, which have prompted me to write this letter. My concerns are as follows:
Unprofessional Behavior: It is alarming and unacceptable to witness coaches vaping in front of the children. This behavior sets a poor example and undermines the professionalism expected from individuals in such positions.
Inappropriate Conduct by Referees: Referees have been observed engaging in unprofessional behaviors such as singing, dancing, and acting in a manner that is inappropriate for their role. This undermines the integrity of the game and distracts from the seriousness of the sport.
Nepotism and Favoritism: The practice of “Daddy coaching” – where coaches create teams for their own children at the expense of fairness to other players – is evident and detrimental to the overall experience and fairness for all participants.
Lack of Responsiveness: The management, from top to bottom, has been consistently unresponsive to serious complaints raised by concerned parties. This lack of action or acknowledgment is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the club’s commitment to addressing genuine concerns.
Overpriced and Subpar: The club’s fees are disproportionately high given the substandard quality of services and facilities provided. This disparity raises questions about the value being offered to the members.
These issues collectively paint a troubling picture of the club’s operations and culture. Immediate action is required to address these concerns and to restore the club’s reputation and standards. I urge you to take these matters seriously and to implement necessary changes to rectify these issues.
